exceptional prompt friendly service! Was my experience at this place. I was in and out of there very quickly, and they even unloaded my return item out of the back of my truck with a smile on their face. My presence was acknowledged as soon as I walked through the door they quickly printed out from off of my phone the return shipping label handled everything for me. read more

I was genuinely impressed by the extensive array of services available, from printing and copying to a wide selection of office supplies. The friendly staff went above and beyond to help me print my FedEx labels for my return shipment, making the process smooth and effortless. I'm delighted I chose this location for my FedEx needs and truly value the variety of services they offer. I wholeheartedly recommend it to others! read more

Customer service at this location this morning was condescending and disrespectful when employee was asked for help. I needed some documents faxed and after he responded, I let him know his behavior was rude. He offered a non apology mumble - basically I'm sorry you feel that way, he didn't care - so I just left. I think most people working here don't enjoy their jobs because they always seem put out but this was next level. Thankfully we'd gone to the Mail Biz store on Hilltop a couple weeks ago for different services but I decided to see if they could fax and they absolutely do. I found out they offer a lot of the same services as fed ex and their costs are quite a bit less. Oh and their customer service has been excellent both times we've gone. Won't ever go to this fed ex store again. read more

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - Outside of the building - Printing Services Near Me - Redding, California

This is a nice stand alone Fed Ex shipping office that has other services as well, like copy and printing. Good parking and not super crowded. Sometimes I use this office to send stuff when I'm closer to this one than the one at the airport. Shipping goes a lot faster of you set up an account where you can just bill your shipping to and print shipping labels at home on the printer. That way all you do is drop off the package and no fuss at all. In and out fast. When I need to ship over night, Fed Ex is the way to go. If I only need ground shipping, I use UPS then. read more

Some of the staff is great. However Steve should not be in customer service. He is rude and unhelpful. Worst Fed Ex experience ive ever had in 20 years as a business owner. read more

Manager was super friendly and helpful when I came to pick up my spiral bound books. The books were perfectly done! Especially when studying books and even reading it's so hard to read in a regular book format! It's so much easier this way! And it's actually not that expensive. Every time I got to the left page it was annoying to read! More people should know this convenient hack. read more

Completely appalled at the rudeness I received from the customer service representative who seemed pushed over the edge that I needed a QR code scanned and a shipping label printed to return my purchases. If you can't handle scanning and printing a return label then I don't think working at a shipping center is the best job for. Would have gone to UPS if I had a choice. read more

Michael and the assistant manager (didn't catch his name) did a great job saving me money getting everything into as few boxes as possible and helping me make multiple deadlines! They worked quickly and saved me a bunch of money - and were kind and friendly to boot! I like this location better than the airport one also, they have an entire store, lots of supplies, and each time I have done lamination or printing they are on point. read more

Heaven went out of his way to help me get my anniversary gift. it's the reason we go to Fed Ex. Thank you so much, Heaven

Steve here is one of the worst representatives I've ever seen represent any company. I had 2 packages going to the exact spot but only one label as the fedex website was having issues and provided me only 1 QR code. He didn't want to help me buy another label or assist me with my missing QR code, and told me to purchase another label for my second box online. The one label I was able to print and attach to one of my packages he received and threw onto the table at the receiving area. unacceptable. it's okay to have bad days, but we all have jobs to do. Sorry if you were having a bad day Steve but loyal fed ex customers do not deserve to have their experience sacrificed due to it. read more

Considerate employee was confused by the tracking number issued by the seller; as a result, the transaction was much slower than expected. This location has a nice offering of books gifts electronics stationary envelopes office and packing supplies for retail sale, and the printed receipt from the transaction gives discounted or price reduction on their merchandise. read more

This location makes shipping and printing things easy. They give you options but more importantly they are KIND. It's sad that it's rare to find kindness and quality customer service these days in retail stores. This store has exceeded my expectations every time. Thanks for being rad. read more

I showed up at exactly 6 PM and even though it was closing time door was open. I am visiting from Los Angeles for business and was desperate for a thumb drive. Guy came to the door told me they were closed and he would not make an exception to sell me a thumb drive. I think most places would've let me make the purchase. Would've been really awesome to have posted a cool yelp review when the guy went above and beyond to let me in 20 seconds after closing time but no luck. read more

FedEx was going through renovations when I visited to print out my Master's thesis, so the place was a bit messy. I made the silly mistake of using their computer services ($0.30/minute for basic services) and printed out 13 pages of colored printing... which apparently turned out to be around $1.00/page. I was completely taken aback by this price because I noticed that if you used the self-service printer, colored printing costs $0.55/page. I expressed this concern to one of the employees, Mark, who fabulously assisted me with canceling the charges on my credit card and just charged me the basic price on colored printing. While he fixed the charges on my credit card, he also made conversation with me and was all-around helpful and cheerful employee! Mark is clearly the best employee at the store. I would have given this place 5 stars, but I have to dock them 1 star for their binding services. I wanted to have my thesis bound with a specific binding type but they informed me that in order to bind my document with that type, they had to ship it to Chico's FedEx Center, where they would bind the document, and then, ship it back to this location. It was too much of a hassle, so I found another store to help me with binding. read more

A girl I know personally shipped her painting through FEDEX and FedEx did not take the proper precautions to ensure the package arrived safely, and not damaged. That was a couple of days before I had a personal bad experience myself. I ordered a live plant online and not only did I catch them handling the package roughly, dropping the box on our door step the wrong way resulting in a extremely damaged plant. I filed a claim, sent them pictures and also stated I had a video on my RING camera. Days later I receive paper mail from them denying my claim. Thanks FedEx. Will not be using you guys for anything any longer. Don't waste your time people. read more

The customer service here was simply unacceptable for me. Kit was very condescending and would interrupt me before I could finish explaining what I wanted. After he would interrupt me, he would assume that he knew exactly what I would want and would go away for minutes at a time without letting me know what he thought was best or what his plans were. His impatience and inability to listen ended up in him printing 3x the amount of product that I had wanted, and overcharging me quite a bit. I brought up the issue of the miscommunication to who I can only assume was the manager and he handled it quite nicely, but the atmosphere here is not great. I would not recommend this to anyone. read more

781908457097 Wouldn't it be good customer service and create a more positive image for your company if you actually delivered a package before it was scheduled? Is there any good reason to let my package sit in your facility for four days because the shipper didn't scheduled it to be delivered early? All one has to do is look at your complaints to see how well you manage customer service, which in all honesty is pretty shitty. With one stroke of the keyboard I can send this complaint around the globe and you will have another crappy review and another dissatisfied customer who will start using UPS again. read more

Never in my life have i been treated so rudely by a service representative at fedex. She was the only employee working, i was the only customer. I had just driven 400 miles and realized I'd forgotten to leave my house key for the person checking my apartment and feeding my rabbit. I needed to overnight. She said no since it was 8pm Saturday night, and no service Sundays, so it wouldn't send until Monday, getting it there Tuesday. I asked her why i would be paying overnight fees when it wouldn't arrive for 3 days, she answered, how do i know? Maybe You should turn around and drive back! Then she talked on and on trying to engage my son in conversation about a completely inappropriate movie instead of helping me send my package. I'll be sending a complaint to her boss, and I'm never going back. read more

There is a lot of different areas that this store covers....hence the mixed reviews. But when I had to call this center from out of state to track down a transaction that was involving 2 other outside companies, I was impressed at how helpful and courteous staff member John was. This employee really listened and understood my problem. He really, really went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. John found the information quickly, and even helped me locate another Fed X office in my local area where I could go and pick up the receipt from. I had 2 packages shipped from here on Dec. 19, both to southern California. I verified both addresses on the screen. As I was rung up I asked to use the coupon that was emailed to me. Employee sighed audibly and said he had to start all over again. My son was getting restless, so I didn't realize he never applied my coupon. I again verified the addresses, he printed the labels, slapped them on the boxes and gave me a dilvery date of Dec 22. Awesome! Or it would have been if the right labels had gotten on the right boxes. Fast forward to Dec. 22. I get a text from one recipient stating he got the other person's box. Great. Called the other person (my mother in law) who verified she just received the wrong box as well. The second person took the box back to FedEx and had to pay to ship it to the right person. The other called FedEx who set up a pick up next business day. Fast forward to today. Mother in law still hasn't gotten her package. I called FedEx and spoke with a lady. "According to our notes, several attempts were made to pick it up from the wrong house. Oh, it says the last time our delivery spoke with the person who scheduled the pick up who said it had already been picked up......Oh! I'm seeing a status update for Dec. 29, today! Here we go, it's in Chicago." I said that didn't make any sense since the package was an hour from its destination when the driver picked it up. Nervous mumbling, "Ma'am can I put you on hold while I figure this out?" A few minutes later she comes back, "Okay, so it was loaded on a truck this morning for delivery and should be there in the next 2 business days, so by Wednesday or Thursday." I asked, "So, it's not in Chicago then?" "It's in transit." That. Doesn't. Help. Me. I asked for a tracking number, which she said she couldn't give me, but she offered me a case number. Probably because you can't track a package's travel history with a case number. Very disappointed in how this was handled, including the sloppy way it started out. read more

I have come here several times, for basic printing and shipping tasks. The service has always been ok, nothing special. Tonight I went here to print some things and the automated center kept erroring on me. In my opinion this was excellent customer service and I will definitely return in the future. read more

Thank you for the excellent service! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mark today. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and assisted me with my shipment the whole time (going the extra mile to properly pack my frame which was not easy to do). I have done business with this group for years and I will say... when you need help they are always there for you. No.. they are not perfect like so many of us, but they make every effort to right any wrong.... I am not sure what the issue is with some folks saying the employees are rude but as a business women I can say, many of us are so concerned about ourselves we could not care less about the employee... you know... the servant that should worship you because you exist... I give this crew an A+ just for putting up with the rest of us. Good Job FedEx of Redding Pawnee read more
