I requested an in-person quote on the chrome delete of 6 window trim pieces on a new Honda Accord sedan a few months ago. The employee -- who I was told is the one who provides pricing on this type of service -- met me in front, inspected my car, and stated it would be $300 and that I would simply need to wash the car before dropping it off. When I returned about 6 weeks later to schedule (I was waking on a backordered windshield replacement), the office manager stated that the other employee was on a phone call and that she would send me an email (I explained fully my previous visit.) Curiously, it was now $400. When I asked for an explanation of the price increase, she stated (over emails) that the other employee had merely provided an estimate. However, he had never stated that it was a ballpark estimate. I question their honesty and integrity after this exchange. I won't ever do business there. read more

I have honestly had the absolute worst experience trying to get simple vinyls for my business store front and interior wall. I walked in on Sept. 11 and was very clear that I had a deadline for October 1st. It is now October 5 th and are in the first round of design phase. Not only are they charging top dollar ($500 for one interior wall vinyl, one logo on door, and some keywords on two small windows) they had the audacity to ask me to take pictures and measure for them or else they would charge me $80 more! My business is a block away and I'm busy doing MY JOB!! Also, I'm being charged for design when I gave them my logo and the other stickers are keywords nothing fancy. Whatever! Won't be using them again that's for sure!! What a damn headache. Their lack of taking any accountability in the response basically sums up my how it was to deal with them. I went to LRT Graphics to have my pickup truck bed wrapped in a graphic for my business, based on like work of theirs that I had seen and on the recommendation of another local business owner friend. I am thrilled with the end result--a bright, colorful, impactful, and professional-looking advertisement. LRT worked with me throughout the design process to come up with a flashy graphic based on the simple artwork and specifications that I provided. I will admit that I had an issue with placement of a part of the graphic in the application on the vehicle, but in the style of a truly professional and upstanding business, LRT stepped up to my issue without argument and altered the graphic to my satisfaction in a timely manner.
