My daughter politely said 'I need to wait for my mom' and the owner continued to badger her and ask her what we were shopping for. It's disappointing because when you try to support small businesses and you get this kind of service it makes you run right back to big department stores. Do not recommend.

I am sad because I was genuinely looking forward to buying a dress here but a business like this does not deserve my money!!

Night and Day doesn't begin to explain the difference in quality, service, and overall experience. Austin takes great pride in his work and is much more knowledgeable than anyone at a chain store. On top of everything else, he's just a good dude. To sum up my overall experience, consider this: I actually ended up inviting him to the wedding. Not kidding! Naturally, my brother waited until the last minute to get fitted for a suit. Four days before the wedding and two days before we are to fly out to the East Coast, he, myself, and our mom dropped by the Men's Wearhouse in the Chico Mall to pick up his suit. It was then that we discovered that the suit jacket he had tried on before was just a sample, and that they did not have a jacket in stock that would fit him. When the formal wear manager, Tracy Killian, informed us of this, my mom began to panic a little bit. Tracy was very patient, kind, and accommodating to her and my brother, and even arranged for us to pick up a suit jacket tailored to my brother's measurements at a Men's Wearhouse in Rhode Island on the day we arrive. Tracy's customer service and people skills are exceptional. We were lucky to have been helped by him, especially with such little time left to prepare for the wedding.
