The fit was amazing but they didn't consider my (large) bow in the back when making the alterations and the buttons for it disappeared. The bow WAS the dress, it was plain otherwise and I bought the dress for the dramatic bow. When I came to try the dress on they had bagged up the bow already so it wasn't on my radar that I should have attached that for the final fit, nor did they suggest it. On my wedding day, my dress was ruined. My bow could not attach because they cut off the snaps for it. I spent hours with my bridesmaids in an emergency for my destination wedding trying to rig my bow on with hair pins. It fell off as I walked down the aisle. I was crushed. I tried reaching out by phone and Facebook message and waited many months for a response. I only wanted to let them know what happened to prevent future mistakes not even a refund but never got a response which was the final nail in the coffin for me that I could never recommend them.
