Her communication was outstanding, and she made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. More than anything, Valerie is simply a genuinely good person who clearly cares about her customers. I'm incredibly grateful for her help and excited to wear my suit to my nephew's wedding in Canada. Thank you, for making this such a memorable experience!

I would like to say that the service here was absolutely amazing!…read more I came in looking/scrambling for a wedding suit/EVERYTHING that comes included with that. (Shoes, Pants, Bowtie, Socks, etc etc.) I immediately get helped and measured quickly, and I get recommended some different styles to try on. During the entire process, the store was clean, it was nice and quiet, and nothing was disorganized or messy of any sort. When I was checking out, I had the pleasure of being rung up by Melanie, who asked if I would like some plastic cellophane wrap for my tops, and some proper bags for other items. She was very kind, cordial, and to the point. She was also able to assist with my purchase, as well as help with another customer simultaneously until another cashier was able to help her. Multitasking to the max!~ Will certainly come here again when the time calls for such a visit. Thank you!

Oly is dan wife, she is so friendly I felt like family when I walked in the door! Dan is very knowledgable and showed me stuff about my boat I did not know, they took my boat in after the pack rats decided to winter in it. He replaced the carpets, cleaned and lightly sanded the fiberglass to make sure it was all gone ( at my request) and got me in and out in 28 hours.. yes only 28 hours now THATS FAST!! The Carpet matches perfectly and the boat is beautiful again! I will be bringing in my truck seat next! Thanks Dan and Oly you guys ROCK!!!

This place came very highly recommended so I'm extremely disappointed in the poor quality of work I ended up with! The second I saw the way Dan cut corners and basically did the job as cheap and as fast as possible while still charging for premium service. It was apparent it wasn't going to last long which of course it didn't even last one summer before it is now just f***ed and will need to be completely redone!! The only hope is that I can reuse the actual cloth top and have it reframed back to factory 1.25-1.5 in. square tubing because for some reason Dan uses 1in.

I've been holding off on writing this review until I got wedding photos back to show the amazing…read morework Carole put into my gown! I seriously cannot recommend Carole enough! I initially chose a less expensive seamstress for my wedding dress alterations, and unfortunately, the neckline was completely botched and uneven. With my wedding only being 1 month away, this was a huge disappointment and caused an unnecessary additional amount of stress. I brought my dress to Carole, who was recommended by the bridal shop, and she was an absolute pleasure. She fixed the neckline beautifully and, while working on the dress, also noticed that the original bustle had been poorly done and was likely to break. Only 1 button for all that fabric (right where my bottom hits the chair), I mean come on! Carole fixed it beautifully with a French bustle. Before and after photo below. What I appreciate most is that she was willing to take on someone else's work and fix it, even though I had originally passed on her because her quote was higher. After seeing the love and quality she put into my dress, I truly wish I had just gone with her from the beginning! She was professional, knowledgeable, and so so kind. I'm forever grateful she was able to save my wedding dress so I could wear it with no regrets on my special day! I am truly so appreciative of Carole and the work she put into my gown. I will be recommending Carole to all my besties for their gown alterations and I definitely recommend her for yours too!

I am so over the moon that I was able to wear my mom's dress for my mom and the rest of my family in Mexico. My mother could not be in the states for my civil ceremony, but with her dress she was as close to my heart as possible. Thank you again Carole.
