We went in on Thursday afternoon and asked the nice woman (Cara?) if it was possible to get our 5 items cleaned and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours. She told us that she could have them ready by 4 PM Friday and she would really try to make it earlier. Place has a nice drive up entrance for a quick in and out. Had one pair of pants laundered (not dry cleaned). My ticket they gave me did not have the price on it, and prices are not posted inside. I told them I was IN NO HURRY OR RUSH to have them returned and to me. Next day I got an email that they were ready! I picked them up and the charge was $10.79!!! I dropped off two dresses several days ago. Went to go and pick them up and was told that my total was going to be 128.79. I asked her why it cost so much to dry clean to dresses. She says because they are gowns and they have beads on them. I explained I have had other dresses with beads on them cleaned and never been charged so much for dry cleaning before. She simply explained that she has nothing to do with the pricing and that's how much it costs. On a side note, I had to sign a waiver when I dropped off my dresses because they had beads. When I dropped the dresses off was not alerted to the fact that they charge over $60 per dress. And I had no reason to ask because I have used this dry cleaner before and have never had an issue like this. Also mention the fact that there is a sign out front offering 20% off dry cleaning today. Don't offer a service if you can't fulfill it. I dropped off 5 pairs of jeans get done heavy/cowboy starched. After asking the price per Jean, I was told I could have them done in a medium starch and so I was ok with this. When I returned to pick them up, the same lady told me they didn't really have a medium starch and opted going light starch without calling me. With a $1.75 difference between light and heavy, I would have chosen heavy since I was already paying $13 per pair. read more

Staff has been so pleasant been coming here for years until today. Owner who's been very short and rude with me once in 4 years that I've been using their services. There was a simple problem that he could have resolved but chose to tell me I requested a service when I clearly didn't. He changed my laundry order to a dry clean order which is $17 per shirt instead of $6 He said I requested it when I didn't. He then said he doesn't launder certain shirts when he's the only one that's washed these shirts in 4 years. I took a comforter down to have cleaned. When asked how I want it done, I told them to clean per what's on the tag. The lady looked at the tag and said ok. I signed their "release" and was on my way. I was called today and was told that it shrunk and they are not responsible because I signed the release form. I asked for the owner Greg to call me which he did a couple hours later. Apparently, the cleaning tag that was on the blanket was now gone, which means that I don't have a leg to stand on. Greg told me he wouldn't charge me for the cleaning, but would not reimburse me any part of the cost (it was about a $350 comforter). They lied and covered their tracks so they would not have to pay me. I will never do business there again, and would suggest that you don't either!!! read more

My first experience was with my daughter's wedding skirt. We were desperate for it to get pressed just a few days before the wedding. I had been calling around town and no one could help me. They were so sympathetic and told me to bring it in- it was right before closing! I picked it up the next day (day before the wedding) and it was perfect. Stunning. The customer service deserves many more stars as the woman was awesome and they had my item done in no time but the cost is more expensive then any where I have ever been. I lived in Orange County for years and paid about $8-$10 dollars for a light short summer dress and they would have it for me next day no extra charge. I also have been to dry cleaners in Seattle (the most high end expensive area in PNW) where I thought that was a lot at like $12-$14 but this was insane at $22??? My interaction with this business was atrocious, most egregiously from the business owner, Greg, himself. I brought in a dress that I had worn to a wedding for cleaning. The dress had a couple of spots on it, and I showed these spots to the woman working at the front counter, who marked the spots for cleaning. After her assessment, the woman stated that although she could not quote an exact price for the dress cleaning, the total would be around $20, and I agreed. I returned to pick up the dress, and at check out, was informed that the cost of cleaning the dress was $46--more than twice what I had been quoted. I explained that when I had dropped off the dress, I was told that the cleaning price would be "around $20", and that I had agreed to have the dress cleaned under that assumption. The clerk stated that the dress was a "gown" (it's a simple long dress) and as such, the price was $46. I explained that the original clerk had seen the dress in its entirety when quoting me originally, as evidenced by the stickers she had placed on the dress to indicate the spots for cleaning. I asked how the quote could have been so off--the dress had not changed from the time I originally dropped it off to the time I came to pick it up. If the dress was considered a gown, wasn't that evident at the time I dropped it off? I explained my frustration, paid for the dress, and was told that the owner, Greg, would call me to discuss. Later, Greg called, and I have never heard a person speak to a customer the way that Greg spoke to me. Greg said, among other disgusting things, "I don't believe you" and "I don't want customers that are people like you". He said that there was no possible way that his clerk would have quoted an approximate fee, when in fact that is EXACTLY what she did. He said that I was I complete liar. He was downright belligerent, disrespectful, and hostile. Lastly, to top it all off, the dress still had spots on it! For $46, one might expect a clean dress, but nope. Greg said more or less, tough luck and don't come back. (Spoiler alert: I won't.) Needless to say, I paid the full $46. But, I will never return and will be sure to inform my friends of this awful business and its horrible owner, Greg. read more

I'm so angry. This dry cleaner destroyed my favorite jacket. It came back to me shrunken - except the arms which now hang down to my knuckles. Someone did a miserable job - I think it went in a washing machine. In any case, the owner totally stonewalled - blamed me, made lame excuses - like "your jacket outlived it's useful life (!)", and refused to reimburse me. Dishonest and unethical. I took a down comforter in to have it dry cleaned after a substantial amount of infant spit up had accumulated on it. The woman asked me what was on it (pet mess? just generally dirty?) and once hearing that my infant would be sleeping in and on it, she recommended NOT dry cleaning it (as the tag said), but to straight LAUNDER it. She said dry cleaning could leave chemical residue and/or odors that I may not want to expose my baby to (and I'm pretty sensitive to chemical smells myself - even as mild as found in common detergents). I agreed -- what do I know?!? Anyway, she was right and the comforter came out beautiful and clean and super fluffy -- like it was new again. I REALLY APPRECIATE the extra time she took to inquire about it and her recommendation. We'll be repeat customers now because awesome customer service like that keeps me coming back.
