I absolutely love this place. When I do have to come and do my bulk laundry I'm always greeted with a smile and small talk. I've been coming here for a long time and the hospitality has never changed. This is a very clean facility, even though the surrounding people destroy the surrounding areas. I constantly see the owners Cleaning their washers and dryers. I barely ever see a broken down machine. They have a vending machine and even a missing socks rack. The decor is great and their new updated wall of the old school laundromats is killer. They do offer their own cleaning services for the community. They have also participated in community laundry, where they allow people to wash a certain amount on a certain day. I do believe the certain day is free to the people that are not able to afford it. I am very grateful for this wonderful family for opening up this business. Thank you always for the awesome chitchat. Thank you for being there for the community as well. I called the number today about the bathroom being locked, she sent someone right over to unlock it. Apparently customers lock it by accident all the time. It's also much cleaner than the last time we were here. I should have had more patience and given more grace before i left my last review. Stopped here on my way through town because it had the best reviews. It was pretty empty when I arrived. Washers are a little pricey at $4.75 per 3-loader. Everything dried very well and there are huge tables for folding. read more

Westside Wash is amazing! This review is for the Wash and Fold service. Everything comes back super clean and the tightly folded. The owners are super helpful and accommodating. I have separate bags for myself, my husband, kids, and my husband's work clothes. That way the clothes come back already sorted and my husband's grimy work clothes are washed specifically different. I especially like the pick up and delivery option. This is helpful during busy times with family events and sports seasons. read more

I love this modern remodeled laundry mat. It's 4.75 for the smallest load. All machines are brand new and there's a nice manager watching over everything. It's very clean. It will be my new place:) I'm not sure if there's WiFi but I want to find out! read more

Every time I come here it's clean and washers are available. I love this spot because the have the coin-less washer and dryer machine . I believe it was the owner who showed me how to do it, so nice. Iv also left a couple of clothing articles here before and once I remember I came back to see if it was still there, to my surprise it was! The people who come here are also pleasant. read more

I was not looking forward to going to the laundromat but even though the washer is broke the dirty clothes keep coming. I looked at 5 other laundromats before stopping at Shasta Laundry. From the exterior to the interior you can tell the owners take pride in their shop. The machines were clean and some were even digital so I could pay with an app. The owners were on site so nobody was just hanging around that may not be doing laundry. Honestly washing my bigger items was easier here than at home, so I will be coming back even when my washer is fixed. They even offer pick up and delivery if you don't want to wash and fold yourself. Prices are great, the owner is really sweet and honestly the best laundromat I've been to. I travel in my van a lot, and just made a trip from Florida to Mexico and up to Redding and out of all the laundromats I've been to, this one is by far the cleanest. The machines look new, all of them actually work, they have a change dispenser, and the prices are really good! (Compared to the coast or Bay Area for sure) the owner even offered us free coffee and donuts this Sunday morning! read more
