Living in Red Bluff, seems we only have 2 real dry cleaners and clothing altering places. This place is right near the Raley's I go to, so convenient in that way. Easy parking and no big line or anything to worry about. I just needed a pair of jeans altered by making the legs a few inches shorter. Easy alteration ... plus I suck at sewing! Reasonable pricing and wait time. They are easy to communicate with and are clear on the service requested. That's what I like, a professional service whee you know what you're gonna get and no weird surprises. If I need more stuff altered, I'll come here ... and go to Raley's at the same time!

This seems to be a rehearsed explanation that they use to avoid recleaning. They charged $27.50 for this "cleaning', refused to take the garment back and reclean, and refused refund. Then when I insisted, Lucy at the counter turned it into a screaming match. My 85 year old husband entered the facility to see what's happening, Lucy yelled at him to leave! No customer ethiquet, and any other dry cleaning place would do a better job.

this place was wonderful when it first opened , now only half of the dyers work (10 out of 20)…read moreand the ones that do work hardly do so. i wiped down the counter for folding clothes 3 times and each swipe was just as dirty , could not get it clean. people constantly bring in dogs and as a dog lover i don't mind but i watched some gentlemen's dog pee on a the floor and he just left there. I have to inspect each washer before i use it because half of them are filled with literal dirt or have roaches inside. A business that offers a place to clean your clothes should be clean itself. I want to continue to use your facilities but it has gone downhill fast.
