Got alterations done here. I was told it would take one week and be ready by noon the day of pickup. I called at noon and it wasn't ready. Picked it up at the end of the day and I got charged $30 more than I was initially quoted because it was a two layered dress instead of one layer--wouldn't you notice that when you are pinning it at the fitting?? They said they pressed it at no charge, thank goodness since I already paid more than expected and it still needs a good steaming. As I was leaving I noticed that one of the ties was ripped off of the strap. They found it and gave it to me--I guess I'll sew it back on myself. read more

Had 2 pair of jeans repaired. Wanted a strip of material sewn on the inside in the outer thigh area where there were small holes at the seam. That was not done. Instead they just took the seam in about an inch. That's going to be tight on my leg - which is why I asked for a piece of material to be sewn on the underside. Also asked that a hole in the knee be repaired. They sewed a patch on the inside right below a thinning thread-bare area - which should have had the patch over it also. That will be the next place the knee tears! Big problem with this cleaners is that you don't get to talk directly with the seamstress - so I'll say maybe part was a misunderstanding but the patch on the knee hole was just stupid - so for that reason I won't go back or let them try to fix the problem since common sense seems to be lacking on the part of the seamstress. Plus the seamstress is only there 2 days a week & doesn't work at the shop. The young girl behind the counter really didn't care about the issues I'd showed her either. Guess it would have mattered more if it was HER jeans. My fault for not reading the Yelp reviews before going there because there are plenty of unhappy people here in regards to tailoring. read more

I've never taken something to a tailor to get hemmed, then gotten the item back with crooked hems!!!! Then I find that the seams on my lining were never sewed back together in one of my sleeves. What a joke! So disappointed, and only caught this after arriving to the event, which is my bad. I won't be taking any other clothing for alterations here and will advise others to avoid it for alterations. read more

Brought in a t-shirt (that I bought in Parris Island when my daughter became a Marine) to be made into a tank top, was told to come back to be measured. Called to change the appointment time, and the man told me I didn't need to be measured. Went to pick it up and they simply cut the sleeves off, no mending, etc. The man apologized, pinned it at all the places it needed to be altered, and told me they would call when it was ready... Never heard anything for 2 weeks, called and they said it was ready. Went to pick it up, the shirt was cut wrong, they didn't trim the bottom as promised, and still charged me. At that point I just wanted to take my shirt and go. All I got was wasted time, a ruined shirt, and $25 less in my bank account. Will not return. read more

This place is the worst. Went in to pick up my wedding dress that was just being steamed. When I picked it Up i immediately noticed a small stain on the front and stitching on the front coming out. The lady said "oh well, too bad.... that sucks" and shrugged her shoulders. The whole time That I was trying to deal with the owner she was smirking and just acting totally rude, almost like she thought it was funny. Please do not go there. Esp do not bring anything important here!!!!!! And it cost $90 just to steam it. read more

Dry cleaning is costly but necessary for some things. I often have them shorten pants and they do a decent job. They are close and convenient to where I live. They support the local high school fundraisers. read more

Wow. Moved to the Redding area about four months ago and have had some unique experiences. Glad to be here buy, just tried this cleaner and had four shirts dry cleaned. $16.72 PER SHIRT!!!! Just picked up my daughters prom dress for hemming. $85!!! They quoted over the phone $35. Then find out each additional layer $25. I feel very ripped off. Owner removed the third layer charge when i refused to pay. He said he would mark my file so i couldnt do business there again. Thats okay...i dont want to come back. read more
