I mean it gets the job done. Tons of outdated, inoperable machines, and about 15 that are newer that work. They have regular single loaders, 4 loaders and some huge comforter set type loaders. All the other washers are just for show. They have plenty of newer dryers mixed in with some older mint colored inoperable ones. WARNING: There are no bathrooms and the neighboring businesses are reluctant to let you use theirs - (rightfully so). So do your number ones and twos before you arrive! Now, you either have to come with me to this place or bring some other sort of entertainment; otherwise you'll just stare at the dated wallpaper and empty vending machines lol The cost seems to be average, nothing too crazy. This place is filthy and disgusting. Most of the machines are very old and are out of order. The working ones do not wash your clothes at all. The folding tables are sandy. Your clothes will be more dirty after your laundry than before. On top of all it's very expensive. Nobody is working there and taking care of the place. Probably the worst coin laundry you can find in this country. read more

Do not use the machine that take credit card. I swiped my card and washed one load for one cycle that was supposed to cost $6.75, and it charged me $15.00, instead. The washing machines smell like mildew and there's less than desirable people there every day. Not a pleasant experience here ever. read more

This is the second time I have I problem the changing coins machine didn't give me back the change $ 5 Dallas , they have a paper on the office door that has if you have problems leave a note a we call you, but they never call you, they don't cake the customer. If you go there and has problems they will never respond, Machines must of them are not working mi at of then and is not clean, and they don't have any note that customers could notice with one machine is not working. read more

Machines are constantly broken and if they aren't, stop working mid cycle. I've been here 5 times and have run into problems every time. It's close to home, so it was my go to place. Never again after today. Two machines threw error codes mid cycle. I know things break but damn. read more

I brought my queen comforter here because it's too big for my machine. I noticed several machines were marked out of order so I paid extra for the biggest Maytag thinking I'm safe. At the end of the cycle the machine didn't spin out the water. It was dripping wet water pour out when I drugged the comforter out. There's a notice that says if you have a problem put a note under the door and they may get to you in a week! read more

This is an excellent, clean and very well maintained laundromat. The management is very pro active and they respond promptly and quickly to problems. I realize that Redding has an issue with the homeless and the druggies but the staff here makes a concerted effort to keep the premises free of these issues. read more

My washer broke yesterday so I am venturing to the nearest laundromat. A few downed machines clearly marked, not too dirty and plenty of benches for sitting. It is also located next to food and the dollar tree which is convenient. Only downside is price, $3 for a standard wash. As I said it's been a while so that may be the going rate these days. read more

Trash.. only been here once, washed my clothes then made 3 trips to the dryer because they only have a couple carts, dropping socks on the dirty floor only to get to the dryer and get ripped off for two bucks because that one apparently didn't work. There is a number you can call for a refund, it says we will get back to you within 5 days lol yeeeah bud Not worth the hassle, counted my losses and moved on never to do business there again. read more

Not bad at all. Our washer broke and now I'm hooked on doing it at the laundry mat. It's much faster with the giant machines. Just don't leave your laundry for any amount of time. I just sit in the car and eat breakfast. Don't leave the property or you're just asking for trouble at any laundry mat. read more

Be aware. My problem is all my workout clothes stolen from this launderland and plenty of cameras to identify the thief but owner replied he didn't see anyone take my clothes. How is that possible? I gave exact date and time. I'm very disappointed in the lack of effort even after offering to pay for his time to review the footage. I was hoping to sing praises for this new management but I can't. read more

Really filthy and a lot of machines are broken. Opened the dryer to check my cloths and the dryer didn't even stop going. Trash all over the ground, and full, smelly trash cans. Clothing carts are broken and wheels are bent. Not many laundromats in redding but I'll drive around to find a better one. Needs more seating too. read more

I know most laundromats are not going to be fancy . In fact I expect them to be run down and dirty ...but my experience today was the icing on the cake ! Most of the washers are broken except for a few .. The washer I happened to pick ate my clothes . The door locked up and never washed my clothes . $5.50 is too much to be charging to wash your clothes..especially for a half ass machine . The icing on the cake was when I found a mouse carcass in the dryer I was going to put my clothes in . Lesson learned ...last time I use a laundromat in Redding !!!! read more

Clean, well lighted, change in management, I had no problems doing my wash. If you do have an issue you leave a note at the back door and you will get a phone call. Right when u walked in I noticed how dirty this place was, also a big majority of the machines had Out Of Order signs on them.i wemt to the back&found 2 machines that had no out of order signs on them,loaded my comforters in them,put soap in,then my $5.50 for each machine& after 20 minutes of messing with them gave yp.the machines took my money& didnt even work.a total waste of $11 and my time.i googled their number,only to get a fax machine. This place is so grosse and run down,it needs to be shut down.prices were outrageous too. Dont waste your money & time like i did. read more

Do NOT come here!! The washer sounded like it was falling apart! Two of the dryers didn't work so I wasted money! There's no one here (on a Sunday) to get money back from. there's a sign that says "bathrooms are for customers only" and there's no bathroom. Dirty, outdated, 50% of the washers and dryers are not working. Never again! read more
