They have house decor items and some yummy smelling candles! This place is packed with so much stuff that the kiddos will have a blast looking at all the toys! You could spend hours in here! When I told him what was going on (didnt refund the correct amount and charged me for items I didn't need). He became upset, raised his voice, cursed, refused to help me, told me to call customer service but then wouldn't give me the number, i kept repeating to just do my refund so i can leave. He laughed at me then called 911 and exaggerated the entire situation to try and get me arrested. Luckily for me I recorded the entire interaction. I'm going to request a copy of the 911 call, the police body cams and I'm going to send that all to their corporate office with my video. I have never been treated so poorly. I wouldn't pay the prices they are asking, but I would if they put more care into the clothes they're selling and cleaning up the place generally. I think they could make the store easier to navigate and worth the prices by reducing overall inventory by 15%, and removing the stained and damaged and not-vintage clothes from the regular section, and having a distinct clearance section for those items.

But, then there is only 1 check out area, with mostly self-checkouts (with no one to assist understanding how to use them) and 1 (ONE) register person with a waiting line of 5-6 customers. What is so hard about hiring enough people to man more than 1 register and your self-check area?!
