I'm starting a new job this week and needed some scrubs fast. This place was recommended to me by some friends so I decided to check it out. I was immediately greeted by Brenda and her associate. They asked me a few questions in order for them to better direct me to what they would recommend. The prices were reasonable. I'm on a budget so they found me some affordable options. The scrubs were of a nicer quality than some I had gotten off of Amazon. They have plenty of changing rooms so you can walk out with the perfect fit. Overall, the staff was friendly and the facility was clean and organized. I would definitely recommend it. read more

I have been in this store numerous times, unfortunately, they never have anything in my size (XL tops, 2X bottoms) and an abundance of tacky print scrubs. They have very friendly staff which is a positive, but little selection. Had to buy $150 worth of scrubs online. Wish I could have spent it here. read more

I'm giving one star, because I can't give a zero. I'm literally sitting in the store waiting to be helped. I am here to order another lab coat. When I walked into the store, instead of a friendly "hello", I got "I will get to you when I'm done checking this woman out".....is that the woman who has not even finalized her purchase, and is still shopping? Finally, she checks out. Just when I think it's my turn, another woman approaches the register. Again, I wait. Now normally I would not be to frustrated about this but I can literally hear 2 employees in the back chatting while they unpack boxes! I get they are the only scrub place in town but the customer service is HORRIBLE! I will ship Amazon. read more

I have to say the customer service here is really great! Very helpful and quite a lot of choices. I had to order a pair of scrub pants and they were in sooner then stated, and I really like the discount they give because of my employer. I was even given instructions for how to keep my black pants black from all the washings they will endure. read more

I went here last week to try on some scrubs. Found the scrubs sized i like, however, not in the color i wanted. So, we special order my scrubs, and the cashier and i triple check my order on the paper to make sure i get what i need by next week or so. Got a call this afternoon from them, driving for Oroville to Chico just to pick up my scrubs. I arrived there and they said "everything is in bag and good to go". Luckily i double checked before i left. They got my order wrong. They got one of my shirt color wrong. We check the order paper and it is correct, however, the lady that did the order, enter it wrong on the computer. Obviously, they didn't double the shipments for calling their customer. So we reorder it again, they said you can come back next week or so to pick it up again. I told them i drove from Oroville to chico for the pickup. I asked them "can you guys just send it to my home?" They said no, they will have to charge me $10 for the shipping Or just pick it up whenever you're in Chico. i told them, "i don't live in chico and i don't drive up here often and i would of like to wear my new scrubs to work next week. It was their mistake. luckily for them, i was in a good mood, and didn't feel like arguing. and said okay. They didn't even offer any compensation, incentive, or sincere apologize for their mistake. Man... taking the high road and driving home was frustrating. Unfortunately for me, this is the closest decent size scrubs store near where i live. I will tell my friends/family to never shop at Scrubs & Beyond. I will try not to go there again. I will drive the extra mile somewhere else next time. read more
