They even have a rush/expedited service if you need your clothes cleaned even faster than normal (with only a very small charge to do so). Thanks so much for being the best! My favorite sweater is ruined. Since a photo tells a story, I'll keep my review short and let the…read morephoto make my case. Sweater on the left represents what was brought into them: Cabi black and white French stripe sweater. Sweater on the right represents what was returned to me: Cabi black and diarrhea beige sweater. Tres chic? Non! For clarity, the label does not indicate that the garment cannot be dry-cleaned, and it has been safely cleaned several times prior to this, including at this very same cleaner. This time however, the garment returned to me is not only a different color, but it has an odd texture to it, almost as if it has a residue of some sort. Look, if I had wanted to ruin my favorite sweater, I could have saved myself the cost of dry-cleaning and tossed it in the wash at home. While I won't be returning, I would certainly advise other customers to inquire about their cleaning methods before entrusting them with your favorite clothing. Because as you can see, consistency is clearly an issue.

I have been searching for a dry cleaners since I moved to Chico 4 months ago and it has been pretty much hit and miss. So I thought I would try Esplanade Dry Cleaners as it was close to work. Dry cleaning is the same quality at all locations, but I will definitely be coming here for life.
