Maybe it's because I am young, but all customers should be treated respectfully. One top of that she wanted to charge me $3 per button sewn onto my pants and $15 for a hem!! I took my stuff and went to another alteration place who hemmed my pants for $3 and fixed my buttons for $1.50. DO NOT GO HERE. It is SUCH a scam. He became upset, raised his voice, cursed, refused to help me, told me to call customer service but then wouldn't give me the number, i kept repeating to just do my refund so i can leave. He laughed at me then called 911 and exaggerated the entire situation to try and get me arrested. Luckily for me I recorded the entire interaction. I'm going to request a copy of the 911 call, the police body cams and I'm going to send that all to their corporate office with my video. I have never been treated so poorly. Sweater on the left represents what was brought into them: Cabi black and white French stripe sweater. Sweater on the right represents what was returned to me: Cabi black and diarrhea beige sweater. Tres chic? Non! For clarity, the label does not indicate that the garment cannot be dry-cleaned, and it has been safely cleaned several times prior to this, including at this very same cleaner. This time however, the garment returned to me is not only a different color, but it has an odd texture to it, almost as if it has a residue of some sort. Look, if I had wanted to ruin my favorite sweater, I could have saved myself the cost of dry-cleaning and tossed it in the wash at home. While I won't be returning, I would certainly advise other customers to inquire about their cleaning methods before entrusting them with your favorite clothing. Because as you can see, consistency is clearly an issue.
