Fortunately we happened upon Perfect Fit Alteration who absolutely saved the day. The seamstress that helped us did AN AMAZING job fixing the gown. In fact, the gown seemed more beautiful and comfortable when the seamstress was done. We told her it was an emergency/rush situation and she was able to complete the repair in a few hours. She also took very good care of the gown, pressing and hanging it. The price was very reasonable. Wonderful customer service. Thank you.

Maybe it's because I am young, but all customers should be treated respectfully. One top of that she wanted to charge me $3 per button sewn onto my pants and $15 for a hem!! I took my stuff and went to another alteration place who hemmed my pants for $3 and fixed my buttons for $1.50. DO NOT GO HERE. It is SUCH a scam. You can get the same quality of work somewhere else for a much lower price.

He does not nickel and dime like other services I've used in the past and I love that the products are non toxic. Even with the minimum charge, I'd still say he has the best prices in town for such a high quality service. David was extremely responsive and accommodating to my scheduling requests. David is a great guy. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. Since I only had a long…read morehallway and a family room with carpet, he suggested we clean our family room rug as well. We have pets, with some very stubborn stains. I asked David if he charged extra for pet treatment - and he said no, it was a flat rate (which I have never experienced - I usually get charged a hefty fee for having pets). David pre-treated the carpets, and then cleaned the carpets. He does not use harsh detergents, so no residue is left in the carpet. The carpets dried within 3-4 hours and they look brand new. No stains! Yay!! I most definitely would highly recommend David!! Oh, and I forgot to tell you - he places little styrofoam wedges under all the feet of the furniture, which can be removed after the carpet has fully dried. I appreciated the attention to detail!!
