When I told him what was going on (didnt refund the correct amount and charged me for items I didn't need). He became upset, raised his voice, cursed, refused to help me, told me to call customer service but then wouldn't give me the number, i kept repeating to just do my refund so i can leave. He laughed at me then called 911 and exaggerated the entire situation to try and get me arrested. Luckily for me I recorded the entire interaction. I'm going to request a copy of the 911 call, the police body cams and I'm going to send that all to their corporate office with my video. I have never been treated so poorly.
