Dropped multiple clothes off, gave me wrong bag first pick up and admitted to losing my clothes first time. I brought my clothes back for a second time to get done, they lost another shirt. told me that's it's kinda of a coincidence for multiple clothes to be lost & said that they never had them. New ownership is of Flairs is rude & doesn't own up to her mistakes.... I wish them luck read more

I dropped off two comforters last week to have them laundered. This was my first time going to Flair's. What a great experience! They have a cool automated system in which I received a text message from them after I dropped my stuff off, thanking me and letting me know some details of my drop off. Then when they were ready to be picked up, I received a text to let me know they were ready. I thought this was a great feature! Then when I unbagged my comforters once I got home, (they were nicely folded and packaged in zippered comforter bags) they were so clean and fresh!!!! I was highly impressed!! The price for the two was totally reasonable and I love that this saved me a trip to the laundromat and having to sit there and wash and dry them myself. I will definitely be using Flair for all my laundering needs going forward. I recommend you try them out too. The owners and staff are super sweet and kind as well. I'm a regular customer at Flair and I've always received great service and my clothes are always cleaned and pressed to my liking. I've been using Flair for about 2 years and I've never had any problems. I plan on staying with Flair for the good and I highly recommend Flair to others. There's been three times where I've needed to get clothing done pretty quickly, and I've been pleasantly surprised at the fact that it wasn't really a big deal. At least at other cleaners I've gone to it's always been problematic to get stuff done quick. One other note is that the staff is very friendly and personable. They're very nice to work with. read more

We took my sisters wedding dress here to be steamed the week of her wedding. When we dropped the dress off, our stomachs dropped when the lady that took the dress literally bunched it up, dragged it across the floor and stepped on it as she was taking it back. When I picked the dress up and got it home, I noticed that there was a good 6" tear in the tulle fabric of her wedding dress. When we called the owner to let him know, he tried to turn the blame on me, saying that his employees told him that they saw me dragging the wedding dress across the parking lot and stepping on it, which I absolutely did not do. It sounds like they made up a story for the owner to cover themselves since they knew that they tore the fabric and expected to get a call about it. Do NOT bring anything of importance here to be cleaned!! read more

Terrible place to get your clothes pressed or cleaned. They ruined a garment of mine that will set me back a few hundred! They ruined it, called me and told me it wasn't their fault. They think that enough compensation is to just not charge me for the garment they ruined rather than knocking down the price at all for the other items I had cleaned. I will never go there again, I will never recommend this place, and I will tell everyone in my work and personal world that they had terrible customer service and horrible high prices!!! Don't go here! read more

The only reason to give this cleaners a star is the convenient location. I took in one ladies blouse and one pair of pants. They charged me $16 and the blouse had stains on it. When I got home I threw the blouse in the washing machine on gentle and it came out like new. This place is an absolute ripoff! read more

This place is amazing. Super friendly and fast service. I brought my white comforter in with some stains from my child and while I was bringing it inside, a corner dragged on the parking lot and covered it in grease. It was black with grease and they weren't sure if they could get it out but much to my surprise it was spotless! They treated it right away and cleaned it until it was whiter than when I bought it. And it was only $26. Will be giving them all my business. read more

I have been to SEVERAL different drycleaners and Flair Custom Cleaners is BY FAR the BEST! They are always so helpful and nice. They go above and beyond to help keep their customers happy and satisfied. I have NEVER had a bad experience. i'm not convinced these people do much more than put your clothes on a hanger and sell them back to you. my work jackets still had wrinkles at the bend of the elbow and my comforter, never mind. this place just isn't worth it. : ( read more

Such a nice surprise to find this place! All the machines appeared to be working and their counters were clean! They have large capacity appliances as well. It will cost 2.75 for a standard wash with more options depending on your needs. They also offer to wash and fold your laundry for a fee. Just be aware that there is the occasional homeless around the area. BTW. THEIR AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENS AT 6AM WITH AN ATTENDANT ON DUTY BY AROUND 7AM. I got there at 6am and the door unlocked right on time! Nice and clean!

Anyhow, I'm here to write a review of Sunshine, not Dash! Haha Anyway, Sunshine is definitely cleaner. The machines are newer. One downside is that it's really really hot. Also, it's a bit more expensive than other places in Chico but (a) not much more and (b) it's totally worth it because they spent a ton of money on all new machines. The other downside is that there's no sink!! No running water. That's kind of a huge one. I'd say it's a great place, but I like coming in the evenings and there's an attendant there that STANDS OVER YOU, almost an hour before closing, starts washing the floors around your feet, closing off sections that can be used to fold, and instead we have to all smoosh together in one section, it's a little nuts. Entire time she keeps telling everybody what time they close and "it would be nice if the people can possibly leave earlier" because her back hurts. She even suggested to me that I could "fold my clothes at home" if I wanted to! I was speechless. The final complaint was that it was 106° out that day, and into the evening (9:00) it was still hot out but much cooler outside than I was in Sunshine, because of the dryers. So I like to open the doors when it's cooler, so that the cool air would come inside, but she always closes it, telling "that's my job, I have to keep the door closed." I understand that she's following the rules but sometimes common sense can override some of these things and she can definitely cool the place down opening the door for an hour, especially since she is there to watch over everything/everyone. Overall, I'd say sunshine is a 4 and a half, but I'm so seriously bothered by the attendant (can you tell? ) as well as the fact that there's no sink, so I'm going to rate it a 3, because a sink is pretty essential and the attendant can often make or break a laundromat. So my advice? Don't go the last 2 hours before closing time! Other than that, it's far from downtown, so no worries about the homeless element. I'd still watch your stuff, but it feels safer and it's cleaner.

I dropped a romper off on a Thursday, talked to a lady who told me it would be ready by the…read morefollowing Tuesday. I go to pick up my romper on Wednesday since I couldn't get off work in time and my romper is nowhere to be found. The guy that "helped" me told me the computer was telling him it was dry cleaned but they couldn't find it. He told me he'd call the other location in town to try to find it. 3 hours went by and I got no update. I had to call and ask one hour before they closed. Still no one had any idea where my romper was. 30 minutes before they closed, the same lady that helped me when I dropped it off called me to let me know they had found the romper but it had not gotten dry cleaned. Needless to say, they have no customer service nor communication skills and they have proven to be unreliable. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
