Having an app to pay was great but approx 40% of the dryers could not be operated with the app. The dryers worked with quarters which was cool but the machine that changed out dollars for quarters was broken. The a/c worked ok but the facility is mostly west-facing so you boil if you want to do your laundry in the late-afternoon / early evening as the sun is setting. Basically, the place half sucks. Be prepared. Bring quarters because the owner is absent. On a positive note, the washers and dryers don't stink as of the date of this post (July 2024).

I used two dryer sheets, on a normal load of dark clothes, along with 30 minutes in the dryer, yet they were still damp. My heavy linens went in for the same amount of time and finished, very dry before. So broken dryers? This place says is has free wifi, yet it doesn't work. Little to no A/C; therefore very muggy inside the store. Everything seems pretty clean however. Cute place, but every time I come here something irritates me.

Needless to say, we had quite the mess to clean between the blankets and comforters. This place was great, it had plenty of machines available, so we didn't have to wait. The staff was helpful and I felt the prices were very fair for the amount of stuff we had to clean. Store was well kept up inside and felt inviting, and although it wasn't used this time, I also noticed they offer wash and fold services. It's was also pretty convenient having a pizza parlor right next door to eat at while waiting! Great spot to do laundry, I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of this service.

I go to pick up my romper on Wednesday since I couldn't get off work in time and my romper is nowhere to be found. The guy that "helped" me told me the computer was telling him it was dry cleaned but they couldn't find it. He told me he'd call the other location in town to try to find it. 3 hours went by and I got no update. I had to call and ask one hour before they closed. Still no one had any idea where my romper was. 30 minutes before they closed, the same lady that helped me when I dropped it off called me to let me know they had found the romper but it had not gotten dry cleaned. Needless to say, they have no customer service nor communication skills and they have proven to be unreliable. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
