Came here monthly for about 3 years. Was here in Oct '24, and Jan '...25. Both times at least a third of the washers and dryers were out of order, along with very little detergent in the vending machines. Feels like the owner(s) have stopped caring. It's always been cash only, no debit/credit cards. Used to be worth it, but I'm looking for a better laundromat now. read more

Cheap and everything works great. My clothes all came out super clean! Quarter machine worked quickly and efficiently also.

Brought my laundry here for a fluff and fold. I came the next morning and the girl working there said it still wouldn't be done. I come the next day no one is there. I am a travel nurse with a limited number of scrubs. The next day she is 2 hours late to arrive to the laundromat and says she doesn't have her key. There was no apology no nothing. She said her boss was bringing the key but failed to mention to him that there was a customer waiting to get their clothes. When her boss arrived she didn't bother to apologize or explain the situation to her boss. I just got my clothes and left. I will never be back. read more

Pros: - Parking - Plenty of machines - Attendant on duty - Prices seem reasonable Cons: - No A/C - Some very old machines - Ghetto customers - No real waiting area Our washing machine broke and thanks to the "pandemic" it's three weeks to even get a technician out. We decided to try this laundromat to do our washing only (we took the wet clothes home to dry). Lots of 2X, 3X, 4X, and 5X washing machines to choose from. I can't speak to how reasonable the pricing is due to a lack of experience, but I wasn't outraged. Most of the machines seemed reasonably modern but there was a row of antiques. There was a non-uniformed attendant on duty when we visited that asked if we needed any help. Floor was dirty throughout but machines were clean. Some loose chairs to choose from but otherwise no real waiting area or entertainment. A very loud and profane woman came in during our visit adding some "diversity" but not much else. I'll try another laundromat before returning to this one. read more

I do not often have need of a laundromat. However, when I need to wash large items like blankets, rugs or sleeping bags, I go in search. Fortunately, I stumbled upon this one which was close to where I was shopping and when I came in, I knew it was where I wanted to be. Clean. welcomed right away with a smile and a "can I help you?" Which is important to me. I've been in some pretty desperate looking places. All equipment is clearly wiped down regularly and kept in good repair. Floor swept and mopped. Trash emptied. Everything I could want. I have this saved to my favorites on GPS. I know exactly where I'll go next time I need a laundromat. read more

Very clean. Plenty of parking. Attendant on duty most of the day. Seating and a TV. Snack machine. A variety of washing machine sizes. Plenty of big hot dryers. Nice baskets for moving laundry to the back where the dryers are. Long folding table. They do sell detergent and there's a change machine. BONUS! You can drop your laundry off for a fee and they will do it and fold it for you while you do other things. read more

Always get my comforter perfect, go to them quite often and never a problem except for hours you can pick up.

Monday after Christmas, 8:30 am. The place was empty, very nice attendant and plenty of parking. My daughter and I had about 3 weeks of laundry since where I live, our community washers were stolen. It's been years since I went to a laundry mat and I was new to this one. I found a row of empty washers, (some big ones) and loaded them up. The sticker price was surprising. 7.00 for the big machines! I think I spent about 50.00 doing laundry. * The issue, a homeless looking guy came in, he walked all around the laundry several times. He did not have laundry at that point. He was looking in all the machines in use or with items still in them. He started questioning me about my loads and I explained that I was putting the money in to start them. He became IRATE. He started yelling at me, demanding I take my stuff out, that he wants that machine. He then refused to move for a little lady trying to get her laundry. He told both of us he didn't have to get out of her way. He kept getting closer to me and the machines I was using. I reported this to the attendant. He kept pacing back and forth in front of my items. He then started saying things about me and my laundry. He kept questioning how long i was going to take up the machines (there were so many machines open, but not the ones I was at). He kept confronting my daughter and I even when ignored. Attendant was told numerous times. She came over a few times to tell him to behave. He refused. He started stalking the machine that was almost done like he was going to grab my stuff. My daughter tried to reason with him and tell him that as soon as the machine was done WE/not HIM, would remove the clothes, He started yelling again, saying don't talk to him and looked as if he was going to hit her with his tree branch walking stick. We had to get the attendant again. She said she would call the police if he didn't stop, but she never did. She called her boss and said he was on his way. He never showed up. As I was getting the clothes out of the machine, he kept saying "bye bye," trying to block me so I couldn't get in the machine, trying to hit me with the cart and repeatedly yelling saying I was breaking the rules by not removing the clothes promptly. I was literally standing at the machine guarding it from him as it stopped and unloaded it immediately. Again, attendant came over told him to stop he didn't . We thought things were good until he had a whole room of driers and he literally went right next to me! He began mocking me, trying to hit me with the cart and more! Again, attendant watched but no action taken . It was clear this creep tolerated men but hated woman. It is also clear that the police should have been called and this man removed from this facility. It's an unsafe environment. read more

The self service machines are a bit more expensive that other laundromats in Chico but the washers are faster so it balances out.

Basic laundromat. Not many X- large washers available, but clean. Sodas are overpriced, going for 1.50 a can. It was very busy when I went, but not many areas to sit. read more

A large laundromat with many machines that are different sizes and prices so you can do a small load of clothes or a lot of clothes. There is usually an attendant there if you have any problems. And if you want to have some one else do your laundry you can drop it off in the morning and pick it up later washed, dried and folded for a good price. It is open every day except for some holidays from 7AM to 10 PM. Though you can't start a load after 9PM;which makes sense. I like this laundromat so much that I do my wash here instead of in the laundry room at my apartment complex! read more

They have an attendant there which is nice. There are NO top loader washers here. The washers are a little pricey to me. But ya gotta pay the attendant to be there somehow, right? lol There is no sign saying how much time you get for each quarter in the dryer. This would be helpful, considering the machine doesn't even tell you how much time is on it. I'm pretty sure it's the traditional 8 mins per quarter, it would just be nice to know for sure. They don't have a very impressive sitting area, not a lot of chairs or benches. They have a TV to watch and lots of magazines, but be prepared to stand. read more

We bought a new, POS Maytag 11 months ago and have been waiting for parts and repair going into our 3rd week. This place has been heaven sent. The gentleman who manages the counter, during the day, takes in our laundry and by early eve it is clean, folded and ready for pick up. I have not used the actual machines but this "fluff and fold" service is invaluable. All articles of clothing are returned and he understands using no perfumes and low suds detergent for those who have sensitivities. FYI- the only thing to be mindful of is not to drop off fabrics which will shrink easily in a hot dryer- We feel fortunate to have this laundry as a back-up due to our circumstances. read more

This place used to be ok, half the machines are always "resting" but it's close to home and moderately clean.... but the old couple who have taken over are incredibly rude, and after using this place religiously off and on since it became a laundry mat, I can say that I will never, ever, ever, ever... ever.... ever.... step foot in this place ever again. This is one of the better laundry mats in chico. Has plugs so you can charge your phone while you wait, a TV, bathroom that's actually open and it's cheaper than other places. If it was just closer to my house it would be perfect. Other than that no complaints! read more

I do facials and I've been using the wash and fold service for my work linens. I come in about 1-2 times a week they're always friendly and get the job done fast. The folding is always done neatly too. It makes my job much easier. read more

The wash and fold service here is fantastic. The gentleman who runs it is very nice and does a great job. My clothes are always perfectly folded and clean. On top of all that, it's very reasonably priced. If you don't have time to do your own, I would highly recommend it! read more

This place sucks. I've spent way to much money trying to wash AND dry my clothes. I do little loads in the washer and dryer. I can put my load in on the full temp and not even dry. Don't have to worry about things to shrink. Location is good. My clothes are clean, not dry, expensive and now irritated. I'm a full time working mom. Also I really didn't like the guy who was here watching over everything. Yes I understand people need to use the washer and dryers but jumping to remove things as soon as they get done, I'm no thanks I'm here watching my stuff don't touch my things. read more
