Tres chic? Non! For clarity, the label does not indicate that the garment cannot be dry-cleaned, and it has been safely cleaned several times prior to this, including at this very same cleaner. This time however, the garment returned to me is not only a different color, but it has an odd texture to it, almost as if it has a residue of some sort. Look, if I had wanted to ruin my favorite sweater, I could have saved myself the cost of dry-cleaning and tossed it in the wash at home. While I won't be returning, I would certainly advise other customers to inquire about their cleaning methods before entrusting them with your favorite clothing.
