Although she and I will sometimes dispute pant length (we do so often), she does what I request and is so highly skilled that I come away as though my clothes were all custom. I haven't sought my Bay Area tailor in over a decade. Now if I could only do the same with my shoe cobbler. Just watch the pant length if you're like me and prefer a fold in the pant legs.

Sweater on the left represents what was brought into them: Cabi black and white French stripe sweater. Sweater on the right represents what was returned to me: Cabi black and diarrhea beige sweater. Tres chic? Non! For clarity, the label does not indicate that the garment cannot be dry-cleaned, and it has been safely cleaned several times prior to this, including at this very same cleaner. This time however, the garment returned to me is not only a different color, but it has an odd texture to it, almost as if it has a residue of some sort. Look, if I had wanted to ruin my favorite sweater, I could have saved myself the cost of dry-cleaning and tossed it in the wash at home. While I won't be returning, I would certainly advise other customers to inquire about their cleaning methods before entrusting them with your favorite clothing. Because as you can see, consistency is clearly an issue.
