Sweater on the left represents what was brought into them: Cabi black and white French stripe sweater. Sweater on the right represents what was returned to me: Cabi black and diarrhea beige sweater. Tres chic? Non! For clarity, the label does not indicate that the garment cannot be dry-cleaned, and it has been safely cleaned several times prior to this, including at this very same cleaner. This time however, the garment returned to me is not only a different color, but it has an odd texture to it, almost as if it has a residue of some sort. Look, if I had wanted to ruin my favorite sweater, I could have saved myself the cost of dry-cleaning and tossed it in the wash at home. While I won't be returning, I would certainly advise other customers to inquire about their cleaning methods before entrusting them with your favorite clothing. Because as you can see, consistency is clearly an issue.

I go to pick up my romper on Wednesday since I couldn't get off work in time and my romper is nowhere to be found. The guy that "helped" me told me the computer was telling him it was dry cleaned but they couldn't find it. He told me he'd call the other location in town to try to find it. 3 hours went by and I got no update. I had to call and ask one hour before they closed. Still no one had any idea where my romper was. 30 minutes before they closed, the same lady that helped me when I dropped it off called me to let me know they had found the romper but it had not gotten dry cleaned. Needless to say, they have no customer service nor communication skills and they have proven to be unreliable. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
