My favorite place to come mail off letters, packages, etc. There is hardly ever a line, unlike at the post office, and I'm in and out in minutes. The prices here can be a little higher, but if you have everything already packed up, or even a pre-purchased label, you won't have to worry about any of that. It's always clean inside, staff is quick to get the line moving and to make things as easy as possible for you. Parking is also extremely convenient here, unlike at the post office. read more

I mailed a priority flat rate envelop and was told it would arrive in 2-3 days after the holiday. It's now two days after it should have arrived but the tracking says it didn't leave Postal Plus until yesterday, so disappointing. read more

Took my packages in yesterday. Lisa, the owner is always friendly as well as her staff. They are always willing to go the extra mile and give me my tracking numbers, immediately or if they are too busy they will text them to my phone. Always recommend them. I have a mailbox with Postal Plus, and also use their other services as well. They are very convenient in place of the actual post office, as most people in Chico know because our post office is incredibly difficult to get in and out of. The employees are always very nice and helpful. I had a problem with my laptop that I shipped via UPS to be repaired, and it came back with damage to the screen. The damage was done during shipping with UPS. Lisa, the owner of Postal Plus, filed a claim with UPS, but they refused to take responsibility and would not pay for the damages. Lisa offered to pay for the damages, even though her business was not responsible. I could not allow her to do that, but the fact that she offered speaks volumes to the integrity of her and her business. read more

Nice people, great location, easy parking--all you need for quick copies or mailing a package without lines or a crowd. I think they could use a few more "frills"--like a notary (they may have one), self-serve copy machine, and own or two "edit only" PCs for folks who need to print a form, access their Google drive, make a few edits: This would save staff time, and it could be a chargeable service. Some chairs and writing services would be cool, and free WiFi (password protected). I think they'd get more business that way: Not everyone knows how to do epic tasks on their iPhones. Postal Plus - Just the front door - Notaries Near Me - Chico, California

I always try to use this place, but their prices are much higher for USPS flat rate boxes. So I end up having to go Downtown. They can be super friendly and helpful. However, there have been some days where they come across short or frustrated. I wouldn't recommend if you need to ship unique items (i.e. Film rolls) through USPS with them -- they're not the most informed on how you can ship items through USPS. I was told I could only ship in a box, but never had an issue before shipping in the flat rate bubble mailer. I recommend going to the Downtown Post Office location on 5th for unique mail. Otherwise, this is a good place on the North side of town for UPS or FedEx shipments! read more

For a decade I have been going to Postal Plus a couple times each year. To get birthday presents wrapped for my son in June and Christmas presents wrapped for everyone in December. (As you may have guessed, wrapping gifts is not one of my skills). The women that work there are always friendly and the prices are fair but what sets Postal Plus apart in this area is the gift wrapping itself. They have a wide variety of colorful and fun gift wrap as well as more subdued styles if you prefer. My sister, a pretty good gift wrapper herself, raves about the beauty of the wrapping and the "gorgeous selection" of bows and ribbons. Postal Plus has also helped me when I've had to send packages or buy stamps, envelopes or other necessities. I have never had any issues in this area either. This is the place where I rent a private mail box. I come here several times a week to pick up mail. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I can have packages delivered and they can even sign for the package and keep it safe until i pick it up. This is THE BEST place to mail something, especially during the holidays. The lines are short, move quickly, and they can send packages via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. They can even tell you which method is cheapest and/or fastest. There is a fee charged for their service, but I think it is worth it. They also offer a service of wrapping packages and they are gorgeous!! You can bring in your shopping bag and mailing addresses and they can do the rest! You can even buy the gift here! They have local, hand made gifts, as well as an assortment of cards, adorable hand puppets. You have to check this place out! Very highly recommended! read more

I have been going into this business for nearly 10 years. I use it for personal and business mail, stamps and shipping. I have NEVER had a bad experience there. I live in south Chico, and will drive past two post offices to do my business there. The people are always helpful and have a great attitude about helping you with any need you have. I even bring my gifts in shopping bags and they help box it up for me, getting me the best rates to Atlanta! I go in about once a week for business, and they smile cause they recognize me. ("Norm!")
