I will not hire UPS Store nor UPS to ship anything again. A shipment of my grandfather's wedding ring from 1915 was initiated at The UPS Store in Oroville, CA. It never arrived. A claim was filed and instantly paid without them doing any sort of search or investigation. I called this store and many other locations at UPS and noone would request an investigation for my grandfather's ring. UPS Store and UPS just kept pointing fingers at each other saying the other was responsible. In other words, noone took responsibility. I have spent countless hours calling people and different departments at UPS Store and UPS asking for an investigation to no avail. After many sleepless nights I have concluded to NEVER use a UPS Store nor UPS for any future shipping needs. They just don't care. read more

I have always had a pleasant experience here. Stop un early as they are very busy, I have found it best to come before 9am.

Other than their terrible hours that should be updated more often, I've had really great customer service lately. The woman that owns it, I think, has been really friendly and helpful lately. It's absolutely ridiculous that they close at 5 o'clock How are people that work supposed to be able to get their mail from the PO Box is or handle their business when it closes so early? I drove through Oroville for work and needed to print a document. It was an ok experience. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. I got what I needed done. Copier services - the copiers are easy to use. You don't need a card to authorize usage nor must you insert your credit card to use it. Just put the paper you want to copy in, ensure it has the right settings and press the green button. I'm giving this store 3 stars because the copier showed an error message that it needed paper on both machines so it wasn't fully stocked. Also, I set it to print with images on both sides of a sheet of paper to save paper, it printed with only one image per sheet of paper. It didn't save paper. Atmosphere - decent size store with 2 copier/printers and 1 computer. 2 points of entry so there was nice air flow. Lots of parking which I always look for. Customer service - staff was helpful, just busy so I stood around for a while to pay. Maybe f the copiers accepted payment, the wait wouldn't have been so long. I paid less than a dollar for 4 copies. Woo hoo! Love reasonable prices! read more

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Shout out to Lio for being absolutely awful and inept at his job. I needed to print some documents and their computer station was all shut off so I asked if I could forward it to him to print. He refused. I was the only one in the store and it wasn't busy. I though he was just mistaken and didnt know what I wanted so I asked again and he ignored me. I started laughing and said "hello...sir?" No response. So I asked "dude are you really just going to ignore me? Can you print this out?" He continued to ignore me and refused to help me in any way, shape or form. I'm thinking about applying for a job. I would love to work for a company that you can just legit ignore customers and refuse to do the work you were hired to do with absolutely no consequences. read more

This store is usually busy but the lines move very fast. The people behind the counter know what they're doing and I've never had a problem. One time I forgot the address to the person I was sending it to and they had it on file which was a lifesaver. I'll take this place over standing in line at the post office any day. read more

Walked in to UPS store week before Christmas, shipped a small package to Idaho. Woman at the counter was by her self but was very fast in the servicing of her customers. I was in and out within 20 minutes. My package got there before Christmas. I'm going back into the store this week to ship some cowboy boots. The person behind the counter was fast it's the customers that slow her down with their not knowing what they need. read more

I brought some glass in to be shipped to my son. When i asked for help the man gave me attitude and was very rude. Acted as if I was in his way. Needless to say I found a place in Oroville who treated me with respect, helped me wrap and pack my things without the attitude I got at UPS. Very rude staff, especially the women that works there. Asked for a receipt and she got angry with me and told me I didn't need one. When I told her I did, she snapped at me and said you will have to wait and I said ok. She was not happy, but finally scanned my pkg and gave me my receipt. I will not go back but will drive to Chico to UPS! read more

I found the service and attitude adequate, a one-person shop can be difficult at times. Or maybe they read the reviews and took 'em to heart? My transaction was interupted a couple of times, but politely. It was still faster than any day at the post office, which was the alternate choice. read more

I took a package to be mailed. The staff was very rude. The owner stood by while the clerk told me it was going to be $35 to send the package! I said that it was an outrageous price! The parking in this strip mall is horrendous and trying to get out of the place was a nightmare. The traffic makes you wait and wait, and it's dangerous! I drove down to Staples and the people there were friendly and took care of me quickly. It cost me $22.50 to mail the package! The UPS store tried to rip me off! The parking lot at Staples has enough parking spaces and very easy to get out of the parking lot. For now on I'm going to Staples. read more
