I have observed this same behavior on multiple occasions at this location. The consistent lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic customer care reflects poorly on FedEx and suggests a management issue that needs immediate attention. I did one packet double sided and went to do a second packet. I never changed the settings and the machine made the packet one sided and charging me the same as the first packet. I asked the assistant manager for a refund. He said no. I went up to the counter and asked for the manager. The assistant manager said there was no manager on the weekend. I said I still wanted the refund because I did not change the settings. He said he would give it to me but said I had to leave the store because I was lying about the machine. I left.
