The restoration is excellent! I highly recommend her to anyone who has a very old photo that needs work before reprinting. Work was done when promised at a reasonable price. She was honest about any limitations on the quality of the work.

My favorite place to come mail off letters, packages, etc…read more There is hardly ever a line, unlike at the post office, and I'm in and out in minutes. The prices here can be a little higher, but if you have everything already packed up, or even a pre-purchased label, you won't have to worry about any of that. It's always clean inside, staff is quick to get the line moving and to make things as easy as possible for you. Parking is also extremely convenient here, unlike at the post office.

My experiences at Staples in Chico have unfortunately been more frustrating than positive. I've…read morecome in several times to process Amazon returns, and about 90% of those visits have felt unwelcoming. Most staff members have come across as impolite, and often there's little to no eye contact or basic acknowledgment of the customer. Customer service really sets the tone for a business, especially when handling quick service tasks like returns. There's definitely significant room for improvement in how customers are greeted and assisted. I genuinely hope management takes this as constructive feedback and works toward creating a friendlier, more attentive environment. I wish them well and hope to see positive changes in the future.

Convenient and affordable!…read more It's surprising how expensive printer ink can be. For years, I was tasked to replace the ink cartridges on my office's printers. We would heavily use them daily (lots of documents to print) and found that they'd run out more frequently than average. I recall the first time dropping by a big box office supply store and being astonished over the cost of the replacement cartridges. Surely there had to be an alternative. Enter Cartridge World. This shop is small but packs a big punch. They are located in the Safeway shopping center with excellent parking and a great central spot adjacent to downtown Chico. Cartridge World does sell name brand cartridges of all types, but the item that reeled me in was their store brand refills. To my knowledge, they will take your used cartridge, refill it at their shop, and then allow for it to be used again, and again. I was skeptical bringing my Canon cartridges here for exchange as the printers had an ink sensor. Would it be accurate if I wasn't replacing with the real deal? Surprisingly, I had few to no technical issues and my printers accepted these refill cartridges. I can tell you that I've saved dozens of dollars over the years by patronizing this neat little shop. If you are in need of printer ink replacement on a budget, look no further.

I had the opportunity to finally pop in and see their store this weekend. It's in downtown Chico, lots of street parking, and a parking lot right next door also. Beautiful tree lined street, gorgeous building. This is where they do all their printing and there are several beautiful printing presses. I love that vibe. The store carries all of their card designs and some other knick knacks and gift items. A good place to find a unique gift and a gorgeous card. I am particularly fond of their card designs that look like tile. I enjoyed a nice visit with the employee working that day. It's a beautiful space!! Can't wait to come back.
