Sadly, it is now one of the very last places I choose to go if I need to ship anything. They closed one store, which left many in that area without a local store and the one on Skyway is not convenient for everyone. The prices here can be a little higher, but if you have everything already packed up, or even a pre-purchased label, you won't have to worry about any of that. It's always clean inside, staff is quick to get the line moving and to make things as easy as possible for you. Parking is also extremely convenient here, unlike at the post office.

But the driver (Justin) came and not only went ahead and waited till I got them all taped up and on the cart...but told me he'd take care of them from there and even return the cart for me that I dragged outside. WOW! Ive run into other drivers in the parking lot (not Fedex) that cant wait to run and get out of there. Youre on your own! But not Justin. Thats how you take care of your customers. When customers asked for help, staff were dismissive, reluctant, and appeared annoyed at being interrupted. Assistance, when given, felt forced and minimal. Some customers were left confused and unsupported despite employees being readily available. This is not an isolated incident. I have observed this same behavior on multiple occasions at this location. The consistent lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic customer care reflects poorly on FedEx and suggests a management issue that needs immediate attention. Customers should not feel ignored or burdensome when seeking help, especially in a service-based business. I strongly urge FedEx to address employee accountability and retraining at this location. My experiences at Staples in Chico have unfortunately been more frustrating than positive. I've…read morecome in several times to process Amazon returns, and about 90% of those visits have felt unwelcoming. Most staff members have come across as impolite, and often there's little to no eye contact or basic acknowledgment of the customer. Customer service really sets the tone for a business, especially when handling quick service tasks like returns. There's definitely significant room for improvement in how customers are greeted and assisted. I genuinely hope management takes this as constructive feedback and works toward creating a friendlier, more attentive environment. I wish them well and hope to see positive changes in the future.

He was clearly a man and so I referred to him as sir trying to get assistance. I was yelled at in my face it's a her. It's a her !!!! I said I'm sorry, but he's clearly a man and so I addressed him as sir. She continued to yell at me. It's a her it's a her and ordered me to get out of the store and never to return . I didn't get her name, but she was white and had one of those nose/lip piercings. Corporate and my attorney is now involved for Harassing and publicly humiliating me. You chose the wrong customer to insult !

The bank is not her business. So I left, an unhappy camper, went across to the UPS store, where they were able to do the job in an efficient & quick manner. I won't bother going back to the copy center. I got my Id notarized without any problems at UPS.

In my case, I had just learned my party was leaving the country & I just recieved their adress. I…read moreneeded to serve someone in their home city on a Thursday night and if I had no luck, I needed another process server to serve the person in a entirely different city on Friday. The urgency was that the person was leaving the country on Saturday. I called several process servers in both cities and had difficulty getting a response. Though I worked with a very responsive server in the city for Friday and I paid him (as it was getting late, 5p, on Thursday and I wasn't getting any calls back about serving the party on Thursday... Even the butte county sheriff's office neglected for an entire two weeks to call me back) eventually Amber from AW Legal services called me back. I was frustrated that I had lost the money (due to the lack of responsiveness from several places in Chico) from paying the other processor for the Friday job. However once Amber called, we discussed the entire process, the identification information, and her pricing. I had a fee waiver for the county, but you can't use it if they never call you back so I was happy to find that Amber's pricing is extremely reasonable!!! I made the payment and I advised the Friday process server (in the Friday city), right away, that I might be able to get it done that evening (with AW Legal) but the chances were slim. He told me to let him know if I got it done. Shocked as all get out, Amber, with only basic address info (wasn't 100% sure about the way the apartment # was written) managed to serve the party within two hours. But here's the icing on the cake... My paralegal had multiple misscommunications with myself & Amber in regards to getting the original paperwork from Amber so that it could be delivered to the court. Eventually, I had to cut out the middle man and (2 weeks after service) ask Amber to please send it directly to me. She paid out of her pocket to overnight it to me. This act alone deserves five stars! I was extremely thankful. Amber will send you simple smile emojis, one word answers, and she's not very verbose in her texts (Lol) but she gets to the point, will get the job done, quickly, and correctly. And she is the type that will stick with you until it is done! I couldn't have been happier with her kindness, her commitment to completing the job, her relaxed nature (at a time that is stressful to her clients), and her professionalism.
