Believe all the positive reviews!! Dr. MAC knows what he is doing…read more I bought a new IPad for my husband and had no idea how to transfer everything from the old one to the new one. After reading reviews from all the various businesses listed I chose Dr. Mac and am so glad I did. He usually comes to your home but this was a surprise for my husband so he met me at Best But and we walked over to Starbucks where he worked his magic. I hadn't gotten a case for the IPad so he walked back to Best But with me to help find the right one. No go, so when he got home he researched it for me and sent me a recommendation online that was incredibly inexpensive!! I felt he earned every dollar of his very reasonable charge. Recommend him highly!!

Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. We definitely will call Dr. Mac when we have Mac computer problems. He was reasonably priced and we are truly satisfied as you can tell from this review.

The next day, I got a call from Jeremy, and I was told that the company approved the refund for the entire amount! He told me when they sign us up, we have to call to cancel the subscription. The receipt has that in writing. Because I did not call, it auto-renewed. I did not feel like he was putting blame on me, but I will admit fault for not following up with the company after the 30 day trial. I just wish they would offer the subscription instead of signing people up for it automatically. But I am very happy to hear that my situation was resolved. I do highly recommend Nerds on Call for computer problems! They are an honest company, and I do believe they are truly here to help us! They are knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and fair. Thank you Nerds on Call for taking care of me!

He went beyond and cleaned up the laptop, even adding new feet to the bottom. I had him install a new SSD to help with storage and speed. Its like I have a brand new computer now. I will gladly take my other computer in and continue using their services when I need to. Wes is the MVP of BeetsTech, thanks man!

He cleaned the computer thoroughly, and to top it off, he did it in one day! This kind of service is unheard compared to the the big box-stores such as B... Buy... provide. The last time I had the computer cleaned by one of them, it took seven days for me to get the desktop back. Patrick's price for doing the work was so reasonable compared to what I was quoted by other IT service/computer repair shops. I would highly recommend Absolutely Technology (AB) if you need a service done on your devices. In addition, AB is veteran owned and Patrick is a proud military veteran, who, in my opinion, deserves a big "thank-you for your service."

I needed in-wall cable running. They said, no problem, and made me an appointment. The night before the appointment their "tech" calls confirming what type of service I needed then says they quoted me the wrong price and he can't work for that. The tech, Alex, says "after I buy the cable I'd have to install it for free." Wow, I had no idea Ethernet cable was $225 for 50 feet! So, this tech person cancels my appointment. A week later, when I take a break from unpacking boxes, I call Hello Tech again and ask what happened to my appointment. Their customer service rep says I cancelled the appointment, which is absolutely NOT TRUE. She books me another appointment and the next morning I get a text message saying I cancelled it. I just called this company again about my appointment for today and they say, I cancelled it. Either this company enjoys gaslighting people, or it is a total scam to get your credit card number then not perform any work. Beware and watch your card for charges.
