Dane is top notch when it comes to service. My parents are elderly and I live 3 hrs away so it's difficult for me to troubleshoot shoot for them whenever they need technical computer support. I go here, not only for all of my computer related needs (they have everything and, if for some reason it's not in the store, they can order it for you!), but for all of my graphic design needs for my events that I put on annually. I bought an item here that ended up being defective. I installed it in my existing PC which had been running for 2 years error free. This item, caused a serious power failure in my machine which rendered my hard drive inoperable and my power supply is now also randomly turning off. This PC that I am using has only high quality parts and cost me roughly $500 to purchased new. When I contact this store, I was told that with internal parts, they do not give money back or offer replacements even thought he item is defective. They also did not offer some assistance with the parts not working as a result. I was also questioned about my PC building experience and I explained that I have been building PC's since 1996 and that I have assembled a combined total of roughly 80 desktops and severs. This being my one an only experience with the this store, I will NEVER go back. read more
