Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating.
