After giving me a price quote, he ordered the part needed, got it the next day and was able to repair my laptop that same day. Best part is he comes to your house. The gaps between messages made it frustratingly difficult to get direct answers or establish a concrete repair plan. I am now looking elsewhere due to the lack of responsiveness.

To the very competent, kind and hardworking young man that was working today, thank you. To say the…read moreleast, this young man deserves a raise, a promotion, and recognition. I came in with a screen glitch on my iPhone. This was stressful for me as my medical device is fully controlled from my phone. (Before anyone comes at me, yes I have backup options, they just are not as effective.) The young man quoted me and told me to come back in a couple hours. I expressed my concern with it controlling my medical device and he told me he would get it done ASAP. I sat in the shop and read my book while the shop kitty slept in my lap. What I witnessed over the next hour was impressive to say the least. He was the only employee. Person after person poured into the shop. One after the other he took the time to address what they needed and was polite and patient with them even when the person did not deserve it. He finished my replacement in an hour. An hour, that's it. In that hour not only did he replace my screen beautifully, he answered the phone, assisted customers with finding products, assisted customers with their phone issues, and answered customer questions. This young man did the job of at least four employees. I regret that I did not catch his name. If the business sees this review, I was there on 6/25/26 from 4pm-5pm. If anyone from that date and time leave a poor review on the business, please feel free to assume they are the customers that did not deserve this young man's patience or politeness. Highly recommend this business!

Coming here once often saves me hours and hours being passed around on phone customer service with wireless providers to customer service reps who don't understand the actual technology or how cell service actually works. What sets David apart is his calm demeanor--not anyone can do the job he is doing. Half the time I have been there there are other people being helped, but I have never waited long.

First time customer... when I dropped off my son's Ipad mini 4 to replace the front screen on…read moreSaturday, the guy told me they had a a black screen available and can pick it up Sunday around 10:30am and quoted me $80 before tax. Sunday came around, I called and no answer, checked on Google for their hours and it stated 12pm - 4pm. Went by the store and come to find out they are closed Sunday! Frustrated and mad I was! Monday comes around, I called and the guy who answered told me they had no screen available for my model, the one they had was for a different model. On top of that the guy who took in my son's ipad did not order a screen so I would have to wait until Wednesday and or the latest Friday (7/5) to pick up. Called again Wednesday and was told not ready yet, they're closed Friday due to July 4th holiday and soonest would be Saturday... by this time I was done with them, getting different answer each time i called.. Saturday came around, picking up the ipad i was told $235 after tax... i was shocked as the guy who took my ipad said $84 something. If it was that much I would've gone somewhere else as I was quoted cheaper then $235 somewhere else! But the guy was really nice and honored it (not same guy who took the ipad when I dropped it off). Overall, i was disappointed and frustrated with all the run around. But, i was happy that the price quoted was honored. So, i gave it a 4 star out of 5. Ty!

They were able to retrieve all my photos from my seven year phone and put them on a new phone to me…read more(used and inexpensive) and set it up exactly like my old phone. Yay! Some time late I dropped the phone and cracked the screen. They were able to fix that in the time that i took me to go out a buy a cup of coffee. They are very congenial and I felt like they really wanted me to happy with the service that they provided. Great service and inexpensive.
