I thought about driving to roseville but they didn't have any appointments that worked for me. I found BeetsTech after googling for other options. Contacted them via Yelp and Wes got back to me very quickly and gave me a diagnostic quote. Very glad I decided to hire Wes as he figured out what was wrong quickly. He went beyond and cleaned up the laptop, even adding new feet to the bottom. I had him install a new SSD to help with storage and speed. Its like I have a brand new computer now. I will gladly take my other computer in and continue using their services when I need to. Wes is the MVP of BeetsTech, thanks man!

Believe all the positive reviews!! Dr. MAC knows what he is doing…read more I bought a new IPad for my husband and had no idea how to transfer everything from the old one to the new one. After reading reviews from all the various businesses listed I chose Dr. Mac and am so glad I did. He usually comes to your home but this was a surprise for my husband so he met me at Best But and we walked over to Starbucks where he worked his magic. I hadn't gotten a case for the IPad so he walked back to Best But with me to help find the right one. No go, so when he got home he researched it for me and sent me a recommendation online that was incredibly inexpensive!! I felt he earned every dollar of his very reasonable charge. Recommend him highly!!

Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. We definitely will call Dr. Mac when we have Mac computer problems. He was reasonably priced and we are truly satisfied as you can tell from this review.

Several times I took it back home to experience another problem, and he would instantly see me the next day and help me out just because of pride in his work. He worked with me remotely, too, over text to figure out minor technical problems, and he calls you to confirm any repairs he's going to make if not previously agreed upon. The receipt has that in writing. Because I did not call, it auto-renewed. I did not feel like he was putting blame on me, but I will admit fault for not following up with the company after the 30 day trial. I just wish they would offer the subscription instead of signing people up for it automatically. But I am very happy to hear that my situation was resolved.
