Whenever I have a computer problem, I have consulted Xaviar of VoxLux. My recent contact was due to an iMac problem and the connection of a new modem from Xfinity. Xaviar had to make several calls to Xfinity, but was able to get the computer and modem working properly. Todd is phenomenally good. No matter how obscure the problem, or how complicated the fix, Todd always has an answer! I was fortunate to find him quite a few years ago and being able to call him has changed the whole landscape. He can access a computer from a distance and is usually available within a day after you call him, often within hours. So problems are solved because they really become a hindrance. Todd Stock has been able to fix every electronics issue my far-flung family has encountered since August 2012. Among other tasks, he has fixed issues we had with Macs, iPhones, iPads, and Time Capsules, helped us set up universal remotes, efficiently rewired our entertainment setup, interfaced with Geniuses at Apple who had previously been unwilling to assist us, and set up a reliable wifi network in a house that had stumped many other techs.
