It works great!!! I would have had to spend 3x this amount to replace this pretty new laptop and had to deal with restoring it. I am so thankful I found this place. That should have been my first clue. He wasn't here very long maybe about 10 minutes. He didn't even check anything. He said he was going to take my external drive and open it up. The charge would be almost $200 and there would be no guarantee that I would get my data. He didn't know what was wrong with it. About an hour after he left I decided against it. I called him and asked him to bring it back. Has was here in five minutes. He wanted to charge me $70.00 and I said no. So he charge me $45.00 just for him to come out and not do anything. He lives in the same town so he didn't have to have money for gas. I know he is trying to run a business but I don't like the way he is running it. I still think the $45.00 was too much for doing nothing. Take all this for what it's worth if you decide to hire him.
