He delivered it this morning and hooked everything back up, including making sure my printer communicates with my now very fast computer. I mistakenly thought Nerds on Call was a local company when I called them and wasn't happy they come from outside my county; but the service and skill are excellent. I will definitely recommend Nerds on Call to others and call them again if my computer or my husband's computer has any problems in the future.

He found the only place (in France) that had new replacement parts that could quickly ship them--they were here in 2 days! He called me and had the parts installed in less than 2 hours. It works great!!! I would have had to spend 3x this amount to replace this pretty new laptop and had to deal with restoring it. I am so thankful I found this place. I will use it again if needed and wholeheartedly recommend it!
