He delivered it this morning and hooked everything back up, including making sure my printer communicates with my now very fast computer. He found the only place (in France) that had new replacement parts that could quickly ship them--they were here in 2 days! He called me and had the parts installed in less than 2 hours. They are amazing technicians, but be aware... they are not licensed to read minds :-) They have always returned my messages and if you have ever been to their shop, that's a great feat, when you see how busy (and popular) they are.
