They aren't anything fancy but they have been able to repair any electronics worth saving at a reasonable price.

They were very nice and tested my Samsung Tv and told me it's okay. Must be my cable connection. Will use them again. If needed

Ask the Community - Universal Electronics

I was given a Technics compact disc changer model SL-MC59 by my stepfather, and I noticed that the rubber band on the multi disc cd changer was gone. Do they offer replacement parts and repairs for the unit and can it be repaired in-home?

Hello- We're sorry, we do not service multi disc CD changers, due to lack of parts availability.

I went in expecting to pay a lot to replace a cracked lens protector on my iPhone. He explained…read morethat the lens wasn't damaged, just a protector that I had installed when I first got the phone, and how I could easily remove the damaged one and install another. Nice guy, no charge.

Took my PS5 here to get fixed. They told me two weeks I called in two weeks cause I had no update…read more They sent it off to another location. Said it would take another two weeks but I finally heard back. They told me they can't fix it to come pick it up. I go and pick it up. They're on lunch break. I come back a second time a different day at a different time they're on a break. I finally get in there to get somebody and they told me that there is a 90 day policy that they will recycle it if they want the only proof that they reached out to you is them giving you a screenshot that is not legible. Customer service is rude. The guy comes out is basically like so we recycled your item deal with it. I told him I've come during your business hours and I live out of town so I can't just wait around for an hour for you guys to get back. He says there's a phone number on the door and treats me like I'm stupid. Needless to say I ask him for some kind of proof that they try to reach out to me before recycling. My PlayStation five I get a screenshot that only has the days they told me they couldn't fix it. If you want rude customer service to pay a fee that you don't get back if they can't fix it and for them to fix it on their own time, take it here just be careful with whatever you take there because they may tell you it's not fixable just so they can keep it for parts.
