I found this business through a Yelp search in an attempt to have my PS4 repaired. My infant son had shoved a gift card in the disc slot making the system inoperable. EMR was initially able to get the gift card out but when I got the unit home I found it was mangled on the side and didn't turn on requiring further repair. I emailed the shop and they got back to me the next day to bring it back. The employee I spoke with was very professional and offered to repair it under their warranty at no charge. I guess the second time was a charm as the unit now works saving me a few hundred dollars on buying a new one. They took the time to let me know nothing was wrong with it but it probably needed an update and showed me how as well as multiple other things on it, free of charge. Came in after work for an issue with my iPhone charging intermittently. The tech was able to get it diagnosed and repaired in about 20-30 minutes. The price was fairly reasonable. Their minimum fee is $40 and that was what I paid. Going to the local Apple Genius Bar would've probably cost me over $100 and I'd be without a phone for hours or more. read more

I went in the next day and was greeted by two non- mask wearing employees who tell me they don't do Groupon.
