My phone needed a battery, and my screen protector had some scratches so I figured I would get that done as well. I walked in no appointment and was told it would be about 20 minutes. It seemed like maybe 10 minutes and my phone was ready. Fast forward about a week and a half. I dropped my phone and broke the screen cover. Honest and fair pricing. Had an iPhone screen replaced last month. It was done quickly and with a fair price. Went back to get our battery replaced on our Apple Watch. They could have easily charged us for a new battery but showed us it just needed to be hard restarted. Can't find that honesty very often anymore. Definitely recommend this place. read more

Don't bring your phone here to have the screen fixed. They claim they use high quality screens, but they're actually very poor quality. I had my cracked screen repaired here and it broke very quickly after. Save your money and have your screen repaired at more expensive place. Turns out you get what you pay for. Edit: took my phone to another shop to be repaired. They said my phone did not have a dust protector on the seal (because this store did not put one on/took the original off and didn't put it back). They said if my phone got wet, the water would have gotten inside because of the missing dust protector. Even more reason to not bring your phone here!! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a full on scam. I brought my phone in 3 separate times to get fixed and each time they would not honor the warranty. They blamed me for the defects even though I never dropped it, had a case and a screen protector on it. The first time I brought it in they said the battery needed replacing and was causing all the cracks in my phone because of the pressure of it lifting up. They replaced the battery and the back. Then the screen stopped working so I brought it in and they replaced that. 2 months later the screen stopped working again! When I brought it in again he would not honor the warranty because there was a teeny tiny crack on the screen. There are also cracks all over the back (again which they replaced maybe 4 months ago). This time apparently the cracks are my fault and not the batteries (even though I didn't drop the phone and again had a good case and screen protector on it) and so they won't honor the warranty because it's "my fault." The manager/owner of the store was one of the rudest people I have ever met in costumer service (which I've also worked in for many year). I can't ever imagine speaking to a costumer the way he spoke to me. He was screaming at me until two other people came in and then finally lowered his voice. When I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the manager and owner! Side note, just realizing that the name on the outside of the building is not the same as the name here in Yelp. I got suuuuuper lucky finding this listing on Yelp. So long story short I was cooking in my tiny kitchen and knocked over my phone on to the ceramic tile. Knew it was shattered before I even picked it up. Then my stupid home button went out as well. Right now I'm really watching my funds because we're buying our first home and I didn't want to spend $100+ on a new screen. Contacted a few other places that can fix cracked screens and they were all around $110 ish, they couldn't quote my on the home button issue, and I would have to drop my phone off or visit the store. Came across this service that quoted me $70 for screen repair and home button and the guy fixing my phone would meet me at my work! I booked the appointment for the next day and the man who came was on time. He told me it would be about 15 mins which it was. Screen has held up great. Would 100% recommend this service. read more
