Wish I could give zero stars - I don't recommend this place and wish I never went. I'll just sum up a longer story by saying I left my iPhone and iPad with them. Between the 2 items, I had to drive there 5 different times from Plymouth with my 3 toddlers in tow. My phone is worse than it was when I turned it in. It had a problem with the charger port, but now multiple speakers aren't working right. My phone is useless for talking on and now for watching any videos (think because they opened it multiple times and things got messed up inside). They replaced the charger port and then people couldn't hear me. The guy originally got defensive and claimed it must be the other peoples phones that are an issue, not mine. They replaced it again saying the speaker on the new charger port unit could be bad (it was) and they've had issue with that particular brand before. The next one worked at first, but then it messed up as well. I had to miss a medical appointment, have missed calls with loved ones and lots of inconveniences because of it (not to mention all the gas money and time I spent on my days off trying be done with it all). I can't afford a new phone. My iPad had a shattered spot off to the side of the screen. It still worked just fine. If I would've known there was a chance they could break the motherboard, I would've never risked it. They broke the motherboard and now my iPad doesn't work at all and the screen is destroyed. I don't have money for an iPad either. Multiple times they tried to sell me a used one they had. They don't seem like they've been doing this all that long. The vibe was shady from the start. Zero integrity and I don't believe they're honest. Wish I went with my gut and walked out. Oh and no refunds. Once you pay, it's theirs. read more

I went in for a diagnostic only. I was not quoted anything and did not approve any repairs. When I came back the next day, I was charged $270 for a screen, battery, and charging port replacement. They claimed I didn't answer their call, so they went ahead and fixed everything. However, before leaving, I specifically asked them to text or leave a voicemail if I didn't answer, and I received neither. I would be extremely cautious leaving your device here. After 3 years, I dropped my pixel 7 pro and cracked the screen. I loved the phone enough to put the bill for a new screen. After ordering the screen at the cell phone place, I brought the phone in for the repair the next day. Unfortunately my screen had not arrived but nobody told me before I came to drop it off. Whenever turn several days later to actually get the repair done, they held on to my phone for 2 days to complete the repair. Once I had my phone, I quickly realized there were further problems. Half of the touch screen did not function properly. They offered to replace the screen with an oem model instead since this one had failed After again telling me to bring my phone in for repair when they did not yet have the part, they completed the repair on the same day. In less than a month the phone screen cracked. The problem is I never dropped the phone and it had no impact with anything. I do not know if it was installed improperly, wrong adhesive was used, wrong size was used or wrong mounts. But the screen cracked again The only offer they made was to charge full price to replace the screen again. I explained it was able to show that the phone had zero impacts and that an oem screen should not crack in this manner. They explained that anything from heat, cold or even common usage could cause a screen to crack and they didn't know what did it. So they would not replace the screen Would not recommend. Will not go here again. Would not send my worst enemy here. If you want to have several repairs done on your phone only to not have it done correctly and have them try to charge you again, then this is your place. Otherwise steer wide clear read more

I went to local accessory store, next-door to UPS store today to buy a cell phone case and a screen cover. I showed up with my new phone still in box I had just purchased at local Verizon. I enjoy an outdoor life and am aware I need a phone case and screen cover right away or I will break my phone. After a few minutes, a gentleman presented himself and I asked to be directed to the cases for iPhone 15. . I could not find a clear case for my cell phone model. The gentleman who was there directed me and pulled out a case, he put it on my phone and all was good, he put the screen cover I requested on my phone as well as the phone case he selected. I was prepared to pay for the items. I noticed the corners on the case did not fit correctly. I told the gentleman the corners did not match up and he tried to make them fit correctly. He then told me oh, this is for an iPhone pro. It won't fit. I will give you five dollars off so for 20 bucks (a few dollars off) so you have something to protect your phone (I literally just purchased my phone and took it to the store in box because I know accessory stores cost less than Verizon, etc.) and had already expressed this to him. He went through the racks, and he didn't have anything for my phone model. He put the protective cover on my phone. It's just that IMO he was never going to tell me the case he put on my phone was for an iPhone Pro, not my iPhone 15 until I mentioned the corners didn't line up. He has a Sureno tattoo on his right hand. Idk if he is the business owner but just be straight forward from the get. If you dont have what I need, tell me and say well I have this or that.. I ended up purchasing the case he put on my phone at a discount so I would have something (like he said, and I applaud him for that). When I arrived home, I ordered the correct case from Amazon. I am a local resident trying to support local business. I do feel the gentleman tried to provide service; however, I feel he was dishonest in that he did not tell me the case did not fit my phone. He already knew that and if I hadn't mentioned it, I would have paid and been gone. Even if I was that stupid, I would have ultimately figured it out and not be a return customer. I would not recommend this business for phone repair. I took my iPhone there because a volume button was still stuck even after a bunch of my own YouTube inspired attempts to fix it. The young man working there took it into a room with a closed door. Less than 10 minutes later he brought it out and showed me it was working. I asked him what he did to fix it and he would not answer. I asked how much I owed for the fix. After a long hesitation, he said $99.99. I told him he was crazy and I would not pay that much for such a tiny fix. He made a phone call and then said $69.99. I told him that was still too much (he was hardly speaking in these interactions). He made another phone call and then said $49.99. I still think that was too much but I was frustrated, so I paid and left. That is no way to run a business - have no posted prices and charge as much as you think you can get away with.
