Could Price, quick same-day service, and easy to get to location. I would recommend them. They repaired/replaced my iPhone battery.

I wanted to buy an old LP music album and digitize songs, but do not own a record player. I found one such service place, which was very pricey. I then found Dave, who is a sincere professional technician, and "felt right" on the phone. I dropped off the album, and he got me the digitized file in a couple of days. The result was really good (songs were clean with properly adjusted volume). I appreciated him and his helper Jan (sp?) for caring about my needs and making it easy for me to get the project completed. read more

RGB lights went out in all the fans. Fans looked ok in his shop lighting but i get it home in the dark and it turns out he didnt FIX the lights it was just a reflection (nice one dave you got me didnt you) also doubled the price just to stick a light strip across the top. I could have done that. I wanted it fixed right. Lazy halfa$$ job. I got ripped off. Dave totally ripped me off. read more

Looked around for somewhere to repair my iPhone that stopped charging. Read reviews of other local places and decided against them. Called here and they were very helpful and informative. They also said to bring it by and they will clean the charging port for me free of charge to see if that would fix the issue. Sure enough it took only a couple minutes and Dave had my phone working correctly again! Thanks a lot! Will be back for future repairs. Oh also Dave showed us some of his awesome collection of old Nintendo games! Thanks again read more

Dave was great. I have an expensive laptop that was having intermittent screen issues. His first attempt he thought he had it fixed, but when issue reoccurred I brought it back and Dave fixed the issue, only charging me for the parts (no second labor fee). It's been weeks now and issue has no come back. Dave was very knowledgeable, fair, and professional. read more

I reached out to Nerdy Dave's by email to ask questions about diagnosing our 5 month old laptop that had suddenly stopped working. I received a prompt response inviting me to come into the office. I took the laptop in within the hour. Dave promptly looked at the laptop and told me I had a motherboard issue, it would be an expensive repair as the laptop was only 5 months, likely the laptop was still under warranty even if I had not purchased additional insurance. I had not purchased any additional insurance and had not considered that it might be under warranty. I did as Dave recommended and in fact there was a one year warranty, the laptop was mailed off for repair or replacement iF not repairable. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROMPT COMMUNICATION AND IMMEDIATE DIAGNOSIS!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND NERDY DAVE'S COMPUTERS SHOULD YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH YOUR COMPUTER/LAPTOP OR CELL PHONE! read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. Do not hesitate to bring your computers or phones here. The service and end result was outstanding! From the very first impression they were professional and kind. Dave and his mom are both the type of people that make you feel you are their only customer. They were attentive and never rushed me along to get to the next customer, despite my being stressed about the situation. Best of all, Dave is extremely knowledgeable and revived my dying 10 yr old mac, plus saved all my data (which I thought was possibly lost). Prices were very reasonable for all the work Dave did. I will be bringing my second mac there in a few weeks for updating. I will never go anywhere else for repairs. Awesome experience! read more

I brought my computer here because it had been having issues charging. Long story short, it is probably just a charging cord issue and I ordered a new one off Amazon. But I think I might go have a second opinion honestly. I only say that because when I brought my computer home and opened it up, he had left up the google page for "how to check battery health on mac". That doesn't make me feel very confident in the diagnostic department of things. The other two tabs open were his twitter pages and a super mario download page. I could be wrong, but it seems a little unprofessional to be using peoples personal computers for that kind of thing. It also makes me feel like my privacy has been invaded because who knows what else was downloaded or opened while it was there.... All in all, his mom (the lady that greeted me) was VERY nice, but I most likely won't be going back to Dave. read more

Oh my God. These guys are wonderful. My phone screen broke and I purchased another phone and was having huge challenges getting everything restored and it wasn't working. The folks at this shop were able to take my old phone's motherboard and put it in my new phone and everything was restored completely and I didn't lose all of the valuable texts and other information that I needed to get on with my life. They did it promptly, efficiently and affordably. Absolutely wonderful folks. You won't go wrong going in there for help on anything to do with phones. Thank you guys so much for your help. You saved my day. Thanks again read more
