Jason really came to the rescue for me recently! I moved to a rural area with very few options for internet. I work from home and need reliable service. I needed assistance with a hard drive and verification that the hard drive was viable. I was told by another service that the hard drive was bad. I brought the hard drive into the Computer Guy (Jason) for a check up. Well, he found that the drive was indeed viable ans ws able to get my data for me. He then determined that the motherboard on my PC was bad and THAT was the issue. All thoughout my dealings with Jason, he was responsive, knowledgeable and VERY professional. After a bad experience at Bliss Computers (they never looked at our laptop for 5 days), we called Computer Guy, who cleaned it within 24 hours. He is a mobile service and willing to make house calls. He even helped us with problems programming our DirectTV DVR. Will use him again with any computer issue in the future. read more

This is after my second use of his service. I first used in 2015, and felt so strongly positive about him that I sought him out again in June/2021. I remembered how KIND he was to me in 2015. If you remember it 6 years later, --- it was profound. Kind isn't at all common now... In fact it is very rare. Most are only in service to self --not others. Jason operates from a base of service to others, which makes all of the difference. He brings a large mental data base of experience to the problems you may have that is just crucial to resolution. He has years and years of "been there seen that" that gives him a wizened insight. If you are exhausted from hacking through the computer jungle with a paring knife -- call him . He will bring a machete and hack you through to green pastures and tie it all up with a bow before he leaves ! I am especially impressed that he can "tower over you" in knowledge, but NOT "talk down to you" in the least. It's OK to be tech/ignorant. He's not condescending or judging.
