We appreciate their quick response times, knowledge about our systems and cost effective upgrade recommendations. In our business we cannot afford to be down and CE helps prevent this by monitoring our server and backup systems to make sure they are working properly, which is much more efficient than a tech simply reacting to problems as they arise. Further, they installed a multi-level server backup system that will should the need arise make restoring our files very quick and seamless--this alone is priceless! We highly recommend CE to anyone, including small businesses.
