We tried to take the initiative with this idea internally, but it was too costly and finding a reliable solution proved to be difficult. Our ideas are sound and work but we needed both the strategical and technical experience to push past our roadblocks. After scavenging the Internet for a digital agency in Sacramento, we found that Capitol Tech Solutions was our ultimate choice. We were met with a very enthusiastic and passionate group led by Bobby Reed. Our website was broken and non-responsive, something that is a no no in Google's policy. We were so conflicted about taking care of it internally that we wasted time reaped the consequences of having a dysfunctional website. It was so encouraging to know that they wanted to increase our marketing efforts just as much as we did. After 3 months, CTS got us up and running - we're already performing better than before and have opted to continue our partnership with them to develop a full-fledged digital marketing strategy. I highly recommend their services to anyone running a small business or large enterprise company who's looking for a digital agency. Thank you guys so much!

With no way for me to recover the data all by myself, I scoured for all of the data recovery services and this business was the most HONEST. With alot of data services, NOT promising to restore all or any of the data I lost despite paying for them, I turned to this WONDERFUL establishment and even tho my hard drive data was too corrupted to recover everything, they gave me a fair price for what they were able to recover and save and I was able to figure out what I had to do then. This business was really detrimental for us in forming an opinion on the many business in Cali and I have to say I was just really taken aback by how HARD, HONEST, SENSITIVE, DETERMINED and DEDICATED Ceo Bryan Wu was with explaining the whole process to me and working with me on coming to a price for what was recovered having just moved here and not having any employment yet. He understood how much the data was to me and how it was irreplaceable in terms of all of my work being unrecoverable. BUT he did everything that they could do and charged me for only what was in a 100 percent integrity. Next thing I know, I got a call about recovery data from my hard drive for $1000! On top of that, I got chared a $45 diagnostic fee. Are you kidding me?! So I went back there to grab my stuff, and decided to see if they can lower the price. I started to talk to the owner (chinese guy named Brian or Ryan) about my problem. He was a slick talker (must of been a salesman) and started going on and on about scratching noises. Of course, not knowing anything about computers, I said yes. The data recovery took over 2 weeks and I got nothing! I took matters into my own hands and did some research online. I went and bought a SATA to USB drive. I plugged the hard drive to the SATA to USB drive, plugged the USB to my computer, and made it my secondary drive. All my data showed up! My recommendation: if all else fails and you have to go there, watch out for the owner Brian or Ryan. Don't let him fool you into purchasing over priced services you don't need. Watch them diagnose your hard drive first before you make any final decisions. I GOT RIPPED OFF!!! These are their prices.
