With that said, I went to two other local shops with other shirt projects and was not happy. The lead times and response to emails from the other two shops took way too long and their pricing seemed really high. Bottom line up front: Jeff and his team are extremely professional. He personally answers you on emails no later than 24hrs (I usually got a response within 2-5 hours). The graphics design team is awesome and pushes quality work that looks great on the products. Their pricing is very reasonable with many options for higher quality materials and fits. I will be placing another order with Spartan Screen Printing soon! -Brian

Above and Beyond When We Needed Help Most…read more We had an emergency that needed immediate attention, and Candace at FASTSIGNS in Rancho Cordova was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I explained our situation, Candace understood the urgency. She was gracious, reassuring, and straightforward about what she could do to help. Then she went above and beyond to deliver more than she promised. At one point, she even asked if I wanted to get another quote. By then, I already knew I was exactly where I needed to be. I wasn't looking for another quote. I had found someone who genuinely cared about helping us solve our problem. Great customer service isn't just about doing what you promise. It's about recognizing when someone really needs your help and doing everything you can to make a difference. Thank you, Candace, and the entire FASTSIGNS team in Rancho Cordova, for coming through when we needed you most. You earned our trust and our future business!

Then told me it was my issue to pay for new panels because I don't have the surface ready. Wouldn't you think the people who install vinyl on cars for a living would knows if the surface was ok? Finally when the phone numbers were fixed it looks terrible and colors don't match. Overall a very poor experience. Very frustrating.
