The data recovery took over 2 weeks and I got nothing! I took matters into my own hands and did some research online. I went and bought a SATA to USB drive. I plugged the hard drive to the SATA to USB drive, plugged the USB to my computer, and made it my secondary drive. All my data showed up! My recommendation: if all else fails and you have to go there, watch out for the owner Brian or Ryan. Don't let him fool you into purchasing over priced services you don't need. Watch them diagnose your hard drive first before you make any final decisions. I GOT RIPPED OFF!!! These are their prices.
