They quickly ordered the replacement and handled the installation for me--completely painless from start to finish. The whole process was smooth. The only downside? I had to pay (LOL). We have tons of trees outside and our backyard is a mixture of dirt and mulch. We also have three kids under the age of nine with lots of friends in the neighborhood. Needless to say, our carpets were filthy. When John was done, the carpet looked brand new! I will definitely be calling him again and I just gave his info to two friends who heard me raving about him. One last thing, it was just me and my youngest (5 months old) at home when John came over. I usually prefer to have my husband home when we have anything done (cable, gas, painting, etc.) because I don't want to feel uncomfortable being home alone with a man I don't know. I was so relieved to find that he was just a 'normal' person and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all while he was here. He's a very personable, yet professional guy who really cares a lot about the work he does. Very, very impressed!

I was in this establishment when the gentleman who wrote a bad review about this small business had his "experience". It's more than obvious that the man didn't give Adam a chance. There is no doubt he has a lack of sense of humor. I wouldn't want this gentleman as a customer or continue to give him the opportunity to deface small businesses in our community.
