He delivered it this morning and hooked everything back up, including making sure my printer communicates with my now very fast computer. I mistakenly thought Nerds on Call was a local company when I called them and wasn't happy they come from outside my county; but the service and skill are excellent. I will definitely recommend Nerds on Call to others and call them again if my computer or my husband's computer has any problems in the future.

Man, do I whole heartedly regret my decision. They're customer service is top-notch and not to mention that they guarantee their work, do it right the first time, and give you 3 months free remote access service. It's so well worth the $$. He found the only place (in France) that had new replacement parts that could quickly ship them--they were here in 2 days! He called me and had the parts installed in less than 2 hours. It works great!!! I would have had to spend 3x this amount to replace this pretty new laptop and had to deal with restoring it. I am so thankful I found this place.
