Was working fine when I left it there and THEY broke it. So I ask for my phone back and he says he feels bad so he will get me a new iPhone and give my old one back. I go in at the time I was told and then sat there and waited over an hour for my old now broken phone to be put back together. Then they tried to give me my broken phone and charge me 150$ for another one. At this point I had already gotten a different phone up and running, day 5 and I needed a phone, I told them this and they still trying to convince me to buy this other phone i don't need after they broke mine. I had to threaten to call the police for them to even give me back my 40$ deposit. So 5 days later, I drove about 150 miles trying to get my phone, all I get back was my phone which was not broke when I left it there. I lost all of my information and a lot of photos. Had I known my phone would be broken I would have saved my info before dropping it off to have the screen fixed. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever seen and while Mohammed seems like he's trying to help, it's clear he is just a very good scam artist.
