I came in with a screen glitch on my iPhone. This was stressful for me as my medical device is fully controlled from my phone. I expressed my concern with it controlling my medical device and he told me he would get it done ASAP. I sat in the shop and read my book while the shop kitty slept in my lap. What I witnessed over the next hour was impressive to say the least. He was the only employee. Person after person poured into the shop. One after the other he took the time to address what they needed and was polite and patient with them even when the person did not deserve it. He finished my replacement in an hour. An hour, that's it. In that hour not only did he replace my screen beautifully, he answered the phone, assisted customers with finding products, assisted customers with their phone issues, and answered customer questions.
