After doing business with him I realized he is the opposite he will promise you things, and if you have concerns will listen and tell you he will fix them giving you a sense of relief. When Installing fire sprinklers in my house his prices would rapidly fluctuate. He ended up charging me $300 more than we originally agreed, not only that I had conversations with him about using the fire alarms I had already purchased to save money and he told me it was perfectly fine, come to find out he installed his own, and ended up costing me more. Overall it was an unpleasant experience and at times I felt taken advantage of I don't wish the worst for Mel and his business but I do want to warn people.

I paid (about sixty bucks) and was on my way! Excellent customer service, efficient work, and I am glad we chose to stick with the same company that we originally started with, even though it's a bit of a drive for me.
