He and two assistants installed an outlet, ran a new wire for a circuit through the attic, and installed an EV charger in about 2 hours. On top of that Charles handled the permitting and met with the inspector to ensure all the work passed inspection. If I have more electrical work, Jackson Electric will be my first call.

Five stars isn't enough!! We collected quotes from six local companies, ranging from the big names…read morein town to midsize companies and even small independent electricians. The quote from Jackson Electric fell right in the middle. But what set them apart and made our decision crystal clear was the thoroughness of their quote. Charles not only answered all of my questions and eased my concerns, but he also provided a very detailed quote that listed each item in detail for the work that would be completed. The quote included absolutely all of our requests to a T. Charles had great communication, was speedy at scheduling all of the needed permits and appointments, and kept us informed the whole time from start to finish. Charles and his team completed a full rewire of our 1950s cloth-wired home and upgraded our panel from an old XO 100-amp panel to a new 200-amp panel. As first-time homeowners, we were very nervous about this big project, but we knew our home was a huge fire risk with the old wiring. Charles set all of our worries at ease. His team completed the job a day earlier than promised and cleaned up very nicely. Charles also came back out to help us troubleshoot a concern after the project was complete, free of charge. My wife, our kids, and I can now sleep soundly at night knowing that our home's electrical is no longer a risk. Charles and his team went above and beyond for our project. This is a company that truly takes passion in the work that they do! I absolutely 100% recommend Charles Jackson and his team for any electrical needs that you may have.

I Will absolutely be recommending him to our friends and family and would call him again in a heart beat if we needed more things done. I wish I had taken before and after photos to show what a difference it made and what an amazing job Miguel did. Anyways the job was so well done that I felt it deserved a 5 star review!

Supposedly came out one time with "the wrong part." Another time no called, no showed. We called to have his wife tell us "he drank nyquil instead of dayquil." Seriously? He came out one time to give us a quote that was missing soooooo much info. So glad I listened to my gut and got bids from 2 other guys who noted all kinds of things wrong with it that were very obvious. He also failed to mention we had to pay $150 for him to come out for this worthless bid. He did mention he tries to book as many appointments in my area on one day so I'm sure he's charging everyone the $150 and doesn't care about actually fixing anything. I would not recommend this company nor would I recommend Fidelity Home Mortgage. What a horrible experience.
